One year ago I didn't even have a driver's license and knew nothing about cars, but thanks to people like you, I found a new hobby. Just one question. On the 12 minute mark, you said that you already showed how to remove the pulley above the water pump. I've tried looking for that video where you do, but I've not found it. Hi,Alfa!I have a question,is there anything specific and special when changing valve cover gasket?I heard from other brands like WV and Opel and etc. that there is a special way of doing it so you don't damage the seal and making it leak. And only thing that comes to my mind is torquing the bolts and torquing them in cross pattern like a head.Otherwise, great tutorials, very informative and helpful!

I would never put paste in the sprocket, it's not the key what holds it in place (It's just for alignment), but the tightening torque making sprocket and cam surfaces to stick together. Adding paste reduces grip, I woudl not be not confortable with that.
