-Madness Combat 3D Nextbots (By Dughoo);
-(P.M.) Madness Combat - Grunt +NPC (By Lil_RedShift);
-gm_calmnevada (By L1mePress) (not sure about it tho, use atmosphere editors and sky editor addons, not sure which ones are used);
-BSMod Punch SWEP (By RandomPerson 189).
Don't know about the hud and weapons, but guns seem out of CS:S. Blood also seems to be modded (IDK which replacer is used)

some notes to improve (my only expireiance with source is mapping so i dont know how possible this is) the enemys are clearly animated when sources main point of intrest was the physics and ragdolls, the guns really do not have the madness combat style which is something that shouldn't be hard to change.
