The last time I was in Myrtle Beach I went to that fry place and bought fries and a corn dog and ice tea and took it back to my rented beach chair and umbrella and it was the best meal ever with the view!

Has it always been called peaches corner?
I believe so. No one has ever said differently. Even the current owner didn't mention it.
I remember Peaches Corner very well. Back in the 80's I was stationed in Myrtle Beach at the old AFB. Occasionally...on Friday and Saturday nights we'd sit in there and watch people cruising the Blvd. You had to be vigilant though....if you as much as place one foot out of the place onto the sidewalk and you're drinking a beer....the damn Myrtle Beach cops would immediately harass you. They would ALWAYS stand at that corner in the alley where the Bowery Bar is.
I wouldn't say that they are that much different now. But I am glad they are hanging around. It can get a bit rowdy around there now a days. Of course, I miss cruising like we did in the 80's. Thanks for sharing your good times in MB.

now thats the places to eat at the boardwalk. each year went late in the afternoon to the pavillion and stayed till 11 with our kids. my wife always had to go to myrtle beach fries and get those with the skin on them. she had to have vinegar on them, then peaches for her corn dog, then desert was the dip ice cream cone in the pavillion. course the dip was chocolate with vanilla ice cream the soft kind. all is so good. i gotta go next year and have some of that. course then grandma would watch the kinds in the pavillion while we went in the bowery for a couple of beers lol. thanks for posting great eats for sure beach style. Thanks for the complement. Yes, we love all that crazy food, even though it's not that healthy. Like going to the fair. I like that dipped ice cream too. Hadn't had one in quiet a while. Miss the Pavilion.
$4.16 for that slice of pizza? Come on, not affordable and not cheap. But, lets say it's a good price for tourist area.
Good for tourist, I suppose. It was the cheapest around. Of course, I liked it when we could get a footlong corndog for 75 cents. Those were the days. Thanks for the feedback though. And for watching.

New york style pizza had live roaches on the table. When we complained, they said yes we know. Never again!

Yes, for some reason many of those taste better. It depends on the brand of fry too, I believe. But add some vinegar, yummm!!

Sorry, I was in Myrtle Beach June 9 -12th with my daughters. We ate dinner at Peaches Corner, 2 hamburger baskets and BBQ sandwich, 2 teas was $54. Not cheap!
Sorry about that. Lots of things in Myrtle Beach are expensive nowadays. That's why the cheap eats were simple items like pizza and fries and such. We hope you had a great time anyway thank you for watching and commenting.

Junk / street / fair food as you walk on the boulevard. Definitely not healthy food at all.
