I loved how you guys played, thanks
@@AllAboardBoardgamesit helped me how to get the hang of the game, keep going
@@luamoliveiramartins9188 That's great. Hope you had fun playing! :-)
Very good playthrough. Learned the game better than the others.
That's great to hear Tom. Really glad we were able to help you learn the game. Thank you for your comment!
This game has been sitting on my shelf unplayed for too long. Thank you for the excellent playthrough video!
Hi Sarah! We're delighted you enjoyed the playthrough. Hopefully your copy will make it to the table before long!
22:30 you keep forgetting the Storm effects...lovely video though...!!
Hello. Thank you for watching. Sorry that we missed the Storm effect. Thanks for letting us know - I have made a note in the Klingon subtitles about it. Cheers!
Neat game. Apparently Glai is scary good at it.
Hi Michael! Yes, she is almost impossible to beat at this one. Haha... I really like the Tiny Epic series.
Good playthrough - nice to see a 'real' two-player game. My copy is still unplayed, but I hope to get it out with my grandkids soon. A couple of points I'm not sure about:
17:34 Shouldn't the sugarcane have gone to the bottom of the trade value and bumped gunpowder up?
20:42 and 32:28 I believe the storm/jostle reduces your move by one
Hi Peter. Thank you very much for your comment. You are absolutely correct about the Sugarcane. We forgot to move it to the bottom of the Market. I have made a note in the Klingon subtitles. Thanks for letting us know. Moving into a storm does not reduce your movement. You just get Jostled and a deckhand has to be removed to repair, so the other 2 points should be alright. Cheers!
What is the board your using under the cards to keep them from sliding around?
That is just a board from another board game turned upside down. I believe it was Viticulture.
31:35 Shouldn't be getting the extra gold as it was a trade action not search. Critically, this gave the 12th gold that allowed a subsequent bury of treasure.
You are absolutely correct Robin. Thank you for letting us know. I have made a note of the error in the Klingon subtitles. Hope you enjoyed the video!
Sorry but for my sake you played the moves wrong. In the rules is written that you always fulfill all steps. At the beginning you chose to crew up and the next players turn begins. But: Instead you would have had to chose this action, then move your ship, then fulfil this action, means to take a new crew card, then take your bonus actions and THEN the next players turn begins. I am so confused with this rules, but this order of what to do is very clear. Did I see this wrong?
Hello. I am not sure what part of the video you are referring to. Can you please let me know the timecode and I will check it. Thank you!
Your very first move. Crew up. You could have moved. But you just screwed up and stained there. Was this intentional?
@@svenmarquardt6358 Ah I see. Well, moving is optional so you do have a choice of whether you want to move or not. So, you are correct about the order of actions but it is not mandatory to move, or to take the action on the space if you do not want to.
When you lose against a merchant don't you get jostled
Hi there. According to page 12 of the rulebook, if you deal less attack than the attack value of the Merchant Ship you get jostled, but you gain a Sure-fire token. Thank you for watching!
Tiny epic games are great. I own epic galaxies and epic kingdoms.
Great presentation and gameplay once more. 👍
Pirate life is dangerous. Enjoy...😁
Haha - pirate life certainly is dangerous!
I agree totally on the Tiny Epic games. It is a great series. We'll certainly be doing more of them in the future on our channel!
