so basically, in order to make the best clean cut for a person or object from a video, you need it to be in a basic, clean and neutral background as possible, then insert it into the scene you want. gotcha buddy! :D
Yes, you can doi it by adding a photo/video and set them as background. I do recommend shooting the main video on a green-color backgroud. This way you´re gonna get a better quality whwn removing the BG. Have fun!

Just tried it in pro and it does not work it just changes the BG to white
