    Hi
Im using the non profit edition. I'm running a church and I only have one income account labeled donations. I have one item pointing to that one income account. I have then created a bunch of classes ie: monthly donations, general donations, donations for new building. And when using the 'write checks' feature do I allocate the class in which the money is ''coming out of''?? Is this the correct way to do it?
Thank you so much for you lovely videos

Hi Hector, do you have one episode for example i’m in a freight company that help collect all the freight charge , by the end of month, we allocate freight expense by invoicing other companies (we help collect freight charge for) . so the account associate with the freight expense would be zero .

I don’t have one specifically on that.

@@HectorGarciaCPA I just remembered they set up non inventory item , then under sales price , choose expense account instead of income account ( which we normally do) that expense account is actually the all expense from Bill we didn’t allocated yet.

Hi Hector, Thank you for posting this allocation trick. My company has multiple accounts(expenses) and the distribution rate changes each month. Is there any easy way that I can allocate all the expenses?

cannot find where to turn on Classes. Assume it's a Company-level configuration? Nothing under COmpany.

Hector-- Is this the process I should use for my embroidery business? I charge some products by stitch count, with varying levels depending on how many items are done. (Per 1000 stitches, 5 of something (each) is charged per 1000 stitches at a higher rate than 20 (each) of something.) Thanks.
