If you like good quality music, we invite you to watch our video dedicated to THE 10 GREATEST FEMALE SINGERS OF ALL TIME. We'll be waiting for you there!

Beatles as No. 1? No way, not even in the top three. Top three are 1. Elvis Presley, 2. Michael Jackson and 3. Aretha Franklin.
Top 3 are Shirley Bassey Tom Jones then Whitney Houston don't get to me wrong folks i too believe Whitney was the best to until i encountered Miss Gold finger herself affectionate known as Diamonds are forever 🎉🎉❤Miss Shirley Bassey🎉🎉❤
We do like quality music. However, it's too bad you have absolutely no idea what that is. To put the Beatles over Whitney Houston, Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, and Steve Perry is just foolish and repugnant. You'll never get a like, share, or subscribe from me. This list was an insult.
You got popularity completely mixed up with talent and skill.
👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Michael as no 1 sure
I think freddie mercury has to be no'one aside with elvis and then michael Jackson
I dont know how you can break this down to 10. They're soooooo many great singers!!!!!
You can't, my list has about ten singers all female, at #1 together, and I just list my particular favorite first.
this ones were the best and sold the most records that is why.
@@williammartinez840 he should have called it my favourite top ten

What about Elton John?

He stoke all the black singers everything.
@@sonjaanderson6933 stoke🤣
@@sonjaanderson6933 You better do some real research stop listening to racist black arseholes. Elvis stole nothing from the black community you tool, Elvis was brought up on the wrong side of the tracks in a place called Tupelo Mississippi In a black community. He went to black gospel tents and had loads of black friends that's something you do not have.
Elvis could sing the phone book and we would all still be moved by the emotion in his voice
"FACTS, he one of my favorites. He's one of the ALL TIME GREATS one of the Kings of Rock and Roll. Little Richard is the real Kimg of Rock and Roll. Love 💖💖 the opinions. They are all fire and sweet. "
Not quite.
Nonetheless, that'd be interesting to hear him sing the yellow pages.
no one could sing the National Anthem like Whitney.
That's your opinion and of course you're entitled to your view but I believe no one sings America the beautiful better than Elvis. Although I bet there are loads of people who would disagree with me and that's ok it comes down to personal opinion.

I bet the greatest jazz singer of all time Angelina Jordan could do a better job.
Agreed 🤝 ❤
Karen Carpenter. Look into what she accomplished in her short life. There are great singers and legendary singers and then there is Karen Carpenter. Nobody ever has or will sound like her. She was a female Sinatra in that she could covey any emotion needed to make the song a masterpiece!
Perfectly stated. My sentiments exactly. Thank you!
Karen is in a building all by herself.
I forgot to put her on my list, gotta add her. Now THAT was the voice of an angel and also the great Eva Cassidy.
Karen Carpenter should; and will not, ever be forgotten!
Even though she isn't on this list, she is still on my list.
Karen Carpenter. If only she’d known how great she was 😢.
She was also a phantastic Drummer.💪☝️🤗😍🔥🔥🔥
Nat King Cole - perfect pitch as did Matt Munro. Art Garfunkle, Smokey Robinson, Roy Orbison, Tina Turner, Marty Pellew, George Michael, Aretha
Choosing just 10 greats from any field is almost impossible. I would agree with your list except for Tina Turner. Just a personal preference. She was good, I wouldn’t put her in a list of greats.
Whitney frank senatra marvin gaye
Tina Turner should absolutely be on this list. Also Barbara Streisand
I agree that Roy Orbison should have been an honourable mention.
Why doesn’t anyone mention Bobby Hatfield ? Widest range of all time. Could sing the pants off all on the list and in the comments.
Whoever put Whitney Houston number 8 here is out of their mind!! Her voice was the greatest voice of all time and there will never be another PERIOD!
❤
EXACTLY!!!!!!!😡😡😡😭😭😭
I don't think so
I totally agree 💯
This is an opinion list, as all lists are. People have different opinions. Therefore, their list will be different from yours and mine.
Elvis was the greatest. He could sing all genres brilliantly.
Whitney Houston the most awarded singer recorded on World book of Guiness
Beyonce 32 grammys Alison Krauss 27 grammys. Whitney Houston 6 grammys. Even a man Gabriel Henrique sings better than Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey.

She was the most awarded FEMALE artist Guinness world record book… Even so Bey just surpassed her… MJ is the most awarded music act of all time… Followed by Beyoncé and then Whitney
Elvis all the way…singing, personality. ALWAYS MADE YOU FEEL WONDERFUL AFTER HEARING HIM SING. 👏👏👏🎼
Elvis was the most handsome in the world maybe and he was singing the most exciting music genre,"Rock a Billy, and his voice was pretty good, so he couldn't fail. But there have been better voices but not in such a complete package, and Elvis did say Little Richard was the King.
Elvis all the way
Aretha, Elvis , Madonna, Linda Rondstadt, Marvin Gaye, Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Beatles! ALL MY FAVES , Z💙

Michael Jackson
Elvis Presley
Whitney Houston
Thriller ... No one could have done that but Mr. Michael Jackson the icon. The King of Pop and a global Super Star.
A Genius, also as a Producer.🤗 He revolutionized the way Music is presented on Video, looking like a Movie & telling an actual Story. He could also arrange, memorize & present a complete song including the instruments just with his mouth(i forgot the official name for this technique...sorry). His deserves to be a Music-Legend.

There is one king it's Elvis
The best records sellers of all time : Beatles and Elvis .The kings of Music as we like it .
@hocinimahmoud6682 Elvis is the king of cover songs, out of 600 songs recorded , he wrote not one song, marginal guitar player.... and washed up by 38 ...
This could easily be expanded to the top 100, even that wouldn’t completely cover the most talented. There were so many greats.
When I was a little kid, I was impressed with Elvis Presley. I grew up, listening to him and to me. He is number one though there are a lot of good singers out there, but Elvis is my favorite.
Me too !
I’m 70 now
Elvis was asked how it felt to be the best singer in ghe world he said “ you’ll should ask Roy Orbison that question” he wasn’t in this line up
That also never happened.
@lynwhittaker Yes i remember also hearing about that statement on the radio from a music journalist who was also a radio music paper publisher and later also worked for Virgin records. BTW it was also refered that Elvis wasn't excactly very fond of The Beatles for some reason.
Elvis was a great fan of Roy Hamilton.

Elvis presley the best and numbe
God what I'd give for just one of these to be alive and around today performing. The music industry seems completely lacking anyone of this level of talent.
There are some great artists, some of my favourites but I do believe that Elvis should be No.1
I would go with elvis but teddy pendergrass is always worth a mention
Elvis is #1
I think the BeeGee’s should have been in there somewhere! I’m a huge fan of them. They wrote songs for other people not just themselves. They sang beautifully too
Absolutely agree
And Frankie Valli; almost 90 and still touring, sold out shows.
Bee Gees had #1 /hits across 6 DECADES !
I think every generation had the best at that time. It’s hard to cross decades with different type singers. But I think Elvis if there is only one. Love the others but Elvis had it all! He was before my time but his charisma, good looks and unbelievable talent make him the greatest.
Elvis Presley - The Master Of The Universe! ❤

Elvis's chameleon voice changed multiple times in his very short life. He was DIVERSE
best singers and best entertainers is 2 different things. Among best singers I was expecting to find, Karen Carpenter, Judith Durham, Cass Elliot, Platters, Little Richard, Freddie Mercury
Yes !
Judith Durum should be on this list. Unique vocal talent
Lets all give Dolly Parton a huge thank you for allowing Whitney to use the song Dolly wrote,"I will always love you". I love both Dolly and Whitneys versions of this awesome song. I was 16 when Elvis died and remember it like it was only yesterday. My mother broke the news to me.it was as if a family member had passed. Mom and i held each other and cried . Ive been a fan of MJs music my entire life. I remember watching him and the J5 on Soul Train and American Bandstand. Theres hardly a day that goes by that i dont listen to his music.
Dolly Parton made a LOT of money 💰 by “allowing” Whitney to sing her song.
And Dolly is one helluva singer herself besides being so beautiful in every respect.
Whitney Houston also was very respectful to the great vocalists that came before her.
As Whitney's successful recording of "I'm Every Woman" and "The Greatest Love of All " will attest.
mhm .. do you know the thing about I WILL ALYWAS LOVE YOU - and Dolly? .. and Elvis? ♥ if the manager of Elvis wouldn´t put down Elvis Presleys desire to record Dollys I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU - we would have Elvis singing I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU today --- Elvis called Doll in 1974 to let him record the song! Dolly was bombed away excitied! The Colonel wanted the 50% rights of Dolly - she heart-cryingly said sorry - I can´t sell my babies ... STILL DOLLY PARTON IS CRYING AND DEEPLY SAD about that ... listen to Dollys new release I DREAMED ABOUT ELVIS ... I love Dolly Parton - Elvis Presley - Dean Martin - Tom Jones ♥
I recently read that Dolly heard her song on the radio and didn't know her music company let Whitney record it. However, she was gobsmacked at the rendition. Like all of us were! Whitney was so talented and blessed with the most beautiful face, it is incredible that she had such a gorgeous receptacle to glorify her delivery, she was truly an Angel on earth.
Whoever said Elvis is #1 totally correct period
I won't discuss this Elvis was so good looking, could sing like an angel and could move like nobody else. He is and will always be The King of Rock n roll. No argument❤

I think an honorable mention should be Sister Rosetta Tharpe. I've recently learned about her and my goodness was that woman a true pioneer. First person to ever sell out a venue in 1950. The TRUE pioneer of Rock & Roll. Big stars like Elvis, Chuck and Aretha all talked highly about her and had respect for her. She might not have 20 #1s or sold millions of copies but she paved the way for others.
I see that you do a lot of research and I really like that from an audience. I honestly didn't know about Sister Rosetta Tharpe, but doing a little research I noticed that you are right in your comment. I will do a little more research in my next videos so that great people like her are not left out of even honorable mentions. Thank you very much for your comment and I hope you liked the video.
Ive never heard of her. Im 63 yrs old. I will have do look up her work..
She is finally getting recognition and has become known as the godmother of rock and roll Chuck Berry among others credits her as an influence in the late forties she had the Jordanaires singing back up for her onstage a black woman with white male backup singers back then WOW!!! He has a very good range going from low to high, but the resonance and the pure emotion he put into his singing was so natural. He didn’t sing for the sake of singing he interpreted with passion, he could be velvety smooth, powerful and gritty. He could sound like angelic one minute then powerful like thunder the next. You can’t really put him in any category he s in one all on his own. That’s why people say there’s Elvis then there’s everyone else.

@nicrexgo5253 Say what you want...there are many videos saying exactly what I said...just look up Roy Hamilton. Elvis went to see Roy many times so he could perfect his style. I used to be an Elvis fan once upon a time. Truth of the matter is Elvis did not have the fan base that Michael Jackson OR the Beatles. It is what it is.
@@angelarobinson5886 Elvis did not have the fan base that The Beatles and MJ did? Are you kidding me? Elvis was the most famous man on the planet, have you seen the videos from around his death and funeral? People in England gathered in churches and cried, and he never even performed in Europe. He still knocks out both Beatles and MJ monthly listeners on Spotify.
Elvis grew up dirt pore and lived in a black neighbourhood for a part of his childhood. He joined a black gospel choir as a teenager. He was influenced by many artists, Roy Hamilton was one of his favourite artists and he emulated some of his vocals and delivery. He always made it clear how much of an influence Hamilton had on him. Neither Hamilton or his family has ever accused Elvis of stealing. Elvis and Roy met and became good friends. Elvis gave the song "Angelica" to Roy and he also helped to pay for his funeral. There is an interview with Hamilton's son on UA-cam where he states this. He says Elvis loved his father like a brother.
B.B.King knew Elvis from before he became famous. He was big admirer of Elvis and defended him his whole life. He said Elvis had integrity, he just sang the music he loved.

Many black artists back then credited Elvis for braking down the barriers of segregation and making black music mainstream. Little Richard said "Elvis was a blessing, an integrator. They wouldn't let black music trough. Elvis opened the door for black music"
Billy Preston first crossed paths with The Beatles in Hamburg while he was playing in Little Richard's backing band. George Harrison saw him again years later at a concert playing in Ray Charles backing band and invited him to jam with the Beatles on two albums.

Hey, how about my Bee Gees, especially precious Robin who has often been referred to as the "best white soul singer" ever? Doesn't that count for something. Well, I guess not. My guys never got a fair shake their entire careers. Always had to prove themselves to the world, especially to quite stupid DJ's in the United States. I went through a stage from Elvis's death to about I saw Little Richard on the South Bank Show. Myself, Little Richard and Elvis agree that Little Richard was king but Elvis had all the breaks, being white was hard to get around. I love a number of Elvis songs too but as great as he was, there have been better singers but the others all had different things missing
Great choices when you add in influence and profit generated. If it were simply voice/writing itself I’d add Sam Cooke, Harry Nilsson, Eric Burdon, Annie Lennox and Cass Elliott.
Leonard Cohen and k.d. lang -- they should be on the list too.
Bee Gees, Abba and Dolly for me. Bee Gees and Dolly wrote so many songs for others. Abba is even studied at uni due to their musical genius.
Yes, for sure & The Bee Gees, each of them ( Barry, Robin & Maurice ) had a unique voice & then those beautiful perfect harmonies & then Dolly Parton, nobody sounds like Dolly or can make you smile more while listening to her, love them & they deserve to be on there more than some of the others mentioned. But I totally agree with Whitney & Michael Jackson. 👏👍🏼
bees gess , abba ........wow
Thank you very much.your song will live on for ever.amen.god bless.
Gregg Allman, Philip Lynott, Aimee Mann, Chaka Kahn, Sheena Easton , Nancy Wilson, Steve Perry, just a few favorites that popped into my mind in the moment
You mean Nancy Wilson, Ann Wilson's sister, from Heart? Both great singers, composers, and Nancy a great guitar player, too.
This wasent about number 1. It was ten best. someone in comments decided to make it a contest
Elvis Presley is The King 👑
Ero solo un bel ragazzo il resto piace e quello che piace agli americani. Tanto fumo e niente arrosto.
MJ King ❤🎉
No way any person or group as loved as Elvis. ❤
@@dorarobertson3608 … 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🕺🏻
We all know who the king is . MJ
There are lots of great singers who passed through this world, that I would not say 10 greatest singers, because from since the early 30"s, 40's 50's 60's 70's 80's 90's great singers was already around bringing the world great songs,
Elvis was my mom's generation but I loved him and my daughter in her 20 likes him.my pick for best artist is Christina auguillera.she can sing high low pop soul and country.shes amazing but somehow did not make top100on rolling stones list.unbelievable.should at least be in yop25
Michael's full and legal name is Michael JOE Jackson and he was the eighth child born in the Jackson family. His older brother Marlon had a twin brother who died a few days after birth.

Oh definitely, Earth Wind and Fire!
Why wasn't Sam Cooke mentioned????
Gee, he was undoubted the greatest singer that ever lived. Period!
This should be, best KNOWN popular singers. There are so many incredible singers out there that can sing and perform circles around some of these.
Shirley Bassay, Dusty Springfeild, Petula Clarke, Neil Diamond, Bobby Darrin,👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
All great artists so many missed out, But how could put any above the king .Elvis Presley RIP
What about legendary George Michael
He could sing many different genres what a icon
@ma
rycooper8385
George had a "one trick monkey" voice.
Elvis's chameleon voice changed multiple times in his very short life.
Elvis's diversity destroys him
Elvis sings every thing with so much feelings . Just listen to the gospel songs it put you in a different world listen to the song Kentucky rain , Elvis was the total package . Therefore he his number One. Tom Jones have a great voice So does Nat Kingcole Barry White and others , But all round Elvis retain the number 1 spot . Thanks for reading.
All great singers. Whitney Huston will always be the best singer ❤️!
WOW. !! Thank you for mentioning Bob Marley a phenomenal Reggae singer, songwriter. Today 2023 his music still carries a heavy message for the suffering of the Third World
Evangelist Roger Mansour former manager of Junior Braitwaite from the original WAILERS
He is legend. RIP Bob
Elvis is the best for ever the ultimate King of music !
A fantastic tribute to a incredible list of singers like any list of the Greatest of any walk of life it would take forever to agree on the order or who the performers were to be even six per list would be cutting it fine the list was great regardless a big thank you for your great work in bringing this to us ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Elvis is by far the most popular singer of all time, no doubt about it!!!
MJ is bigger than him and The Beatles combined
@@user-hx9po6ft5j January 2024: The Beatles 32.4,
Michael Jackson 38.3,
Elvis Presley 41.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify. 46 years after his death.
@@user-hx9po6ft5j Wrong! That’s just MJ’ delusional fans wishful thinking!
Karen Carpenter was the GOAT
You got that right!
No one is close.
She was very very good, but I can’t say goat.
"Trill. I love 💖💖 that, RESOECT Never heard her, but from how I hear people talk about her, she obviously legendary, one of the ALL TIME GOATS. "
I am pretty sure that for the Beatles, Cliff Richard, Tom Jones, Dolly Parton, Freddie Mercury, Roger Daltrey etc. etc. etc. Elvis is #1 - always!!!❤❤❤❤❤
-That is just a matter of one persons opinion. For me it is Sam Cook.
John Lennon said: "without Elvis there would be no Beatles". That says it all.
@@Wildlife_SA. Yes indeed thats true👌❤️Elvis forever Thanks 💯 🇦🇹 🌹
Elvis Presley will always be # 1 !!!
@@bridgetmcclellan512 Agree 100% Bridget. We still love Elvis on the other side of the World too! The best ever!🥇⚡(🇿🇦🌍)
Sam Cooke on voice alone should be in the top ten and in the very least an honourable mention . That being said this is a very well done and entertaining video .
Nobody, not Paul, not John nor anyone can't touch the voice and ability of Elvis. He is #1 singer of all times.
😂
Expect Michael Jackson
It has been said that Elvis was number one World Wide and in the USA, and that George Michael is the British Elvis Presley. I cannot believe he never made the list. Wow. There are honorable mentions that should have been in the top 10 in my book. Those in the top 10 that should be the top 15. Just my opinion. I would rank them Elvis Presely number one, with George Michael a close tie and then probably Whitney Houston, then Elton John as number 4. Those would my top four singers.
Sadly he was never a great singer, nor a dancer or songwriter. He stole black people's music. He has a deep monotonous voice. Even Marvin Gaye sings way better than Elvis.
The problem is that white people love putting their people at the top of every list. A huge lie. Dilusion.
@@michellereed5638Nobody sings like Whitney. It's not a mistake that she was named The Voice. The insult of mentioning likewarm singers like Elvis as better than Whitney is seriously racist. There's no other explanation.
It's simply hilarious to mention Elvis in the same sentence as Whitney as singers. The joke of a lifetime.
There are many more singers that are great sing many styles and help others and the
greats of Rock N Roll , singers from the 60's but many we do not hear now. , Elvis gave us the best of the best songs and Gospel you knew God was present being worshiped in a concert. In the video was a lot of older singers that many younger people would not heard of so thank you.
Honesty the garbage on the pop seen some have lovely voices but they are a wasting the
gift God gave them.
ELVIS #1 , no comparison. ❤❤❤
@jennyjorgensen YEAH THERE IS NO COMPARISON JAMES BROWN #1 FOREVER.😂😂😂😂
@jennyjorgensen 9935 YEAH THERE IS NO COMPARISON WHITNEY HOUSTON COMPARE TO ELVIS WHITNEY HOUSTON #1 ALL THE WAY ELVIS COULDN'T TOUCH WHITNEY😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Agree.. Elvis no. 1 by far! He is the GOAT in music.
Amen! ❤
Yes, and he should be thanking Great Artists like Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Bo, Ray Charles, etc, for his soulful melodic voice and inspiration, influencing his music and giving them credit ! Even Enough, it is matter of opinion, I think they got it right ! Michael Jackson #2 and Beatles #1.
Thanks for sharing this story with us all
I don't think anyone would ever measure up to Elvis, and Michael.
Can’t believe barbra Streisand. Is not there
That's a travesty Barbra is the GOAT. However, this is just this guy's opinion
Thank you!!!.
Barbra is the best!!!
She is à beast!!!
