@Louis 3 3 hours and change one way from Akron, OH. But had to drive home that night as I had plans I couldn't reschedule early Sunday back in Ohio haha.
I was introduced to Goose by someone I met recently, and I just can't get enough (of Goose and them too!). I've been watching almost every night on Nugs and streaming the ones I couldn't watch later. I've already spread the gospel to other friends, too. Hampton is down the street from me, I'm glad I've gotten on the bus now and didn't miss that opportunity! See you all at the Coliseum.
7th time seeing Goose at this show! They just keep getting better... rick was flying up and down the fretboard and peter on yeti was insane.. that arrow was incredible. Goose for life
I flew in from Austin Texas just to see Goose in Detroit and everyone acted like I was crazy but I knew it was going to be worth it. And it was! Amazing. Will try to see them at least one or two more times this year.
Love it! Thank you so much for posting these and for a perfect first show. It made the post concert glow that much more awesome to be able to relive it through youtube/band-camp. Crowd was 11/10 from my experience everyone was respectful and having a great time.
My third show of 2023 and cannot wait until my fourth one. Gonna make every effort to see these guys as many times as possible. Best ticket value of anyone out there right now. Long live Goose. 🪿
I just figured out why Peter has a mirror on top of 2 of his keyboards. It's so he can see Rick behind him when he's playing a keyboard that 's not facing onstage. At one point I saw him adjust it and it all made sense. Mystery solved.
Rick needs to take some more notes from Trey and learn that butter 🧈 is much more pleasing to the ear than nails on a chalkboard screech tone. Used to dig these guys around Peach Fest time, but I can’t do the new tone anymore. Glad people dig it and I’m happy they are filling bigger and bigger places ✌️
There is some truth to this…loved every part of the show but there were a few moments where I thought the tone was too harsh on my ears. That said, they are jamming, it’s improv, and 95% of the show sounded perfect for me.
Me too! I’m actually looking here to see if any updates were posted yet. Someone posted that he was passed out the entire first set, but haven’t found out much else
@Joshua Uhri Not sure. I would only be able to speculate. He was just unresponsive and had to be carried down and taken off on a stretcher. Did not look good at all.
Wasn’t big fan of the goose seen. Lots of really wasted people, really wasted on booze. 2 each their own but not usually the thing you see at jam style music concerts. Not me.
Might be a venue thing because I've seen Goose quite a few times over the last two years and "really wasted on booze" wouldn't be how I describe audiences I've been a part of.
Drove 7 hours in one day just to see Goose and everyone acted like I was crazy but I knew it was going to be worth it. And it was!
4 1/2 from Chicago 👍

That is crazy… BUT yes worth it. Not mutually exclusive. That’s why this band is next level from most
Seems like since Jerry went to the great beyond, some thing was always missing. Since I've been listening to Goose,I can't remember what it was 😊
Not crazy. Have done it a few times. Drove two days straight to see them in Denver November of 2021.
I fell in love with goose this past spring and there is no other band like them! Goose just brings energy that's so unmatched!!
I put them on the level of Umphrey's McGee. I love them and would see Goose in concert.

They way Rich’s face lighted up at Peter in the piano part at the end made my night
@21:20
Love it! And Peter really feeling that piano part!
This was my first Goose show. One of the best concerts I’ve ever seen and BY FAR the best crowd I’ve ever been part of.

1st show and I am hooked. Keep playing music Goose…you have something special.
This was so incredible, yet feels incomplete without Electric Avenue at the end!

Amazing show fellas. Come to Detroit again soon.
Absolutely love the drum groove Ben finds around 11:15 and continues to push! My favorite jam of the night! Thank you Goose 🎉
Had a great time Saturday night. Thank you, Goose!
I listened to Jam On on SiriusXm. Loved the music and started listening to them. Their music is really growing on this Deadhead. This is quality.

His tone Def cuts thru the mix it seems a little more ice pickey since the new guitar

That's every "jam band" I attend, unfortunately.
Crowd was excellent. Dancing and grooving all night. Booze and drugs at a rock show is expected. People I saw were having a great time.
