That looked fun! I have been in several caves, but not wine caves. The ones I've been in were in national parks, and I do remember them being very cold! One we went to in the summertime, so it was super hot. They told us to bring a sweatshirt, which I was glad I did because once we got down inside the cave, it was pretty chilly! I'm kind of like you, Roman, when it comes to wine. I know if I like it, but I couldn't really say what the "tasting notes" are, or anything like that. If it's good, it's good, and if not, I won't drink it! Thanks for sharing your day trip!
