The choice of skin is not really random. If both players have a skin, the game will chose one and use the mount chosen by the second player. But, the trick is, if one of the players choses the base skin, the game will 100% chose the other player' skin. With this trick, you can make 1 player chose a mount and 1 the skin.
Or you can chose the same skin and mount for the 2 players, it also works 🙃

So the talent for twilight 75 armor is good if the enemy doesn't have much percent damage. But if they're fighting Chogall they really needed percent damage anyway. Which eventually is what Hanzo does.

Overall yes, otherwise all the tanky heroes would have to be rebalanced or they would be too op as they are now.
