He is a depressing yet immortal being but he can still feel the pain of being a monster. He wants to die but his mind is holding him back. Overall, he is depressed mutatated fish that just keep evolving.
The moment in the movie when the brass hits is actually breathtaking. I'm not really an emotional movie watcher or anything, but that moment had me in actual awe. Amazing visuals, melancholy and discordant brass to push the feeling of devastation felt by the monster and the citizens.
If you think Shin Godzilla is a poor bastard soul He's immortal capable of adapting of everything and his regeneration beyond human comprension But every second of his life is a constant of horrible pain He want to die but his body he doesn't allaw it
The final part where his tail could be seen turning into those humanoid forms was scary. It’s was like dude..y’all were this close to not being able to win…
I would not like to be in the place of Shin Godzilla, feel how every part of your body is burning because of the radiation you have inside, feel how your bones and your tissues break and deform just to create bigger ones, or even feel how your body suffers when it rises to the surface, feel how your organs explode and regenerate at the same time, without a doubt I would not like to be in the place of this being that was only created to suffer without being able to do something to avoid suffering more, but in the end of the day… *Who will know?…* *No one Will Know.*
