This whole trial is a JOKE!!! Regardless if he is innocent or guilty, he is NOT getting a fair trial. This should concern everyone, but...

It’s actually the opposite please point out 1 point out one infraction please I beg you must because your opinion or UA-cam experts in law believes this isn’t a fare trial doesn’t make it a unfair one. This man is also very guilty by the way and I hope they find him guilty

I’m sorry but almost everyone living in Atlanta would be at least a gang associate…
If you are a lawyer that defend alleged gang members.
If you are a lifetime friend of alleged members.
If you own a brand used by alleged members.
If you commit a crime and are a neighbor of an alleged member…
As a sociologist myself I was a little embarrassed. There is nothing scientific in creating concepts and definitions that you alone can change to identify gangs… Wtf is an unorganized gang? Such loose interpretation is pretty dangerous. Particularly to black & brown communities…
Clearly this guy is successful but he admitted during the prosecution voir dire that he doesn’t have a systematic approach to check info but he just builds from what he is hearing… From those who choose to speak with him!!
And the prosecutor is frankly not doing such a great job not leading…

@@brokenchainsofsatan2817Guilty or not, at the end of the day, the courts behavior will ultimately determine whether he walks or not. He's got rights to a fair trail and due process, just like everyone else in America. Hes got money and a good lawyer. All it takes is one wrong move from the court, and everyone in that room walks free, even if they are all guilty. Just like one wrong move on their part, and they could all be put away for life, even if they are all innocent.

@brokenchainsofsatan2817 I think you missed my point here. I wasnt debating whether or not he is guilty or innocent and I don't care if hes a rapper or not. Your comment was regarding everyone being focused on the courts behavior. I was explaining why everyone is focused on the courts behavior. The courts behavior is going to be what determines if he goes to prison or not. He's not found guilty and put away, just because someone says so. These people's behavior in the court room, can allow him rights to a mistrial, an appeal, or complete dismissal of all charges. If you believe he is guilty and want him to stay there, then you should be worried about their behavior as well. A guilty verdict means nothing if the rules and proper conduct wasn't followed in the courtroom. That man that killed his 3 babies and was found with the gun in his possession in front of their bodies and admitted to killing them, is currently fighting the charges right now, simply because rules and conduct wasn't followed, and it's sickening. That is the way the system works though. If he's innocent, I hope he walks. If he's guilty, I hope he's put away for life and has no way out of it. Him having a fair trial will ultimately decide whether or not justice is served in either case
