Hi, are you using the original remote for your Vizio TV? If so, then you should have a menu button or a button with a home on it, and that would be your Menu button, if you do not see any of these, then perhaps you're using a different remote control, thanks for watching
Hi @johnstone3548, to help you better, could you please tell me what you see when you press the Home/Menu button on your Vizio remote control?Do you get to see the Apps? And if your TV is already connected to the wifi network and you have no connection, then you should try to unplug the router and modem from the electric outlet and unplug the TV as well, Wait for 1 minute, and then plug everything back in and check the connection on your TV? try these steps and let me know what happens, thanks for watching

First, let me know, please, if your wifi network is working fine with the rest of your devices, and also let me know if you have tried to connect a different device to this wifi network with the same password you are using to connect this tv, If your wifi network is working fine with all your devices, please try a factory data reset ua-cam.com/video/dhdyPSelTak/v-deo.html and if after this you still have issues then try to connect your Vizio tv to your iphone or android mobile hotspot to see if the tv gets connected that way If this does not work then you tv may need service and you should contact the manufacturer for warranty claims if applicable, thanks for watching 🫡

Another one I tried the Vizio is stupid try and enter the wrong password then re enter the right password it just worked for me 🤦🏾♂️
