I am the type who has undiagnosed osteoporosis Today dueing the second half of taraweeh , my back started hurting extremely bad, i even moved my shoulders and adjusted my posture but in the end i was miserably waiting for the end. starting from witr, the pain had subsided a little bit and after that i stretched my back and ran home, like as in RAN HOME, i drank water and its just fine right now..
If standing hurts during taraweeh you are able to sit down and continue the prayer so you have more kushu Islam is meant to be easy Allah sees your efforts.
I'm glad you're better man but what does drinking water have to do with it? I'm confused. Just don't get injured God forbid. Sit and stay safe and maybe inshallah it gets better some day.

Shouyoukh say that the rakaa of the one who deliberately wait for rukuu to enter salat is invalid and they must redo it, because they deliberately missed the reading of surat al Fatiha which is a pillar of the salat. It's different from the one who comes late and joins the salat while the imam is in rukuu, as in this case it's not done on purpose.
