If you are not able to log into your user account and you see a message - Your account has been disabled, Please see your system administrator on Windows 10/8/7, follow this solution. You won’t be able to access your data unless you have the administrator account access.
When you are on the login or welcome screen, the Administrator account is not an option by default in Microsoft Windows 10. You can enable this feature with the following steps.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).
I did everything. Step by step. When I finally logged in my taskbar icons were still missing. Opened the computer management window and there isn't a 'local users and groups' folder.

No, I had the Same problem,but I was brave enough to close my laptop and re-open it... this did not cause the same issue
When I click on the sam folder...it says file in use . Enter a new name or close the file that's open in another program

Amazing - having tried to format my laptop (Windows 10) it got stuck at 66%, then stated that my account was disabled. After going around in circles all afternoon this appears to have fixed it. Thank you very much!

@@akmalsufyan5471 I don't understand your problem sorry. To be able to access the control panel I did the following:
HOLD DOWN shift (arrow pointing up) and press RESTART
This will take you to a blue screen where you have 2 options:
1. Solve Problems
2. Advanced options
Then follow the instructions in this video

When I get to the password field and leave it blank it tells me that the password is incorrect. Try again it will not take me to the C command. what do I do? Please help I have a new computer and the email is wrong.

I was this close to banging my head against the wall. I saw a video like this somewhere but it wasn't clear at all. I skipped this once and played again. And thank god I did. I feel soooooooooo happy!!!!! You described it clearly. The picture quality was good too. And it was so easy yet everyone made it look so hard with all the discs and USBs and IDK. u saved my life !!! i accidentaly disabled all my msconfig services and i cant login back to windows. i searched lots of forums and even windows forums but no solution. my only option was reset windows !!! but then i found this video, repeat your steps, create another user, enable msconfig services again and booommm my account is back !!! thank u so much !!! god bless u !

This seemed to work for me too except everything that was downloaded like apps and programs are gone .

u should put a usb with windows 10 an boot the pc with it in the homescreen when yhey give to choose the language click on repair this pc and another window will show up and then u can apply the steps on this video
@@crackonadailybasis2748 thank you for your suggestion, i solved this with a similar approach. I booted from a usb with windows specter that comes with many tools, one of them is a cmd. And i just followed the guide. Thank you for nudge to the right direction.

My laptop can go thru the reformat but once its done, its will goes to log in page. I havent even set up any credentials. Command prompt options is not also available. I did the other videos on trying to pull up command prompt but ill had same message: "no administrator accnt existing".

When i am clicking on command prompt from last half an hour my windows screen is with no signal I have to unplug plug again & still the same issue

I followed most of the steps to 2:17 but when I clicked on 'Load Hive' it said unable to load as SAM is in use. Wondering what I could have done wrong? Any advice please? I am wondering whether it is because I could not continue without a password back at 1:12? So I went back to the windows menu and typed REGEDIT from there.

@@Pellekjaerup luckily I made a backup so it just erased my computer then the backup brought most everything back, even now I’m still finding things that weren’t how they were
I honestly don’t recommend it but I had an assignment due

Okay so I just got a new hp laptop and its always on the automatic repair screen and like it keeps looping and everything I try to restart it they keep saying I need an administrator account I don't know what to do.
I followed your instructions all the way up to config. Once I clicked on config a error popped up saying “you don’t currently have permission to access this folder. Click continue to permanently get access to this folder.” I clicked continue and another error popped up on the screen saying “You have been denied permission to access this folder. To gain access to this folder you will need to use the security tap.” Clicked the security tab and config properties folder popped up on the screen… now I don’t know what to do. I need help.

Hello iv had a problem with my PC out of no where. Pretty much my administrator did not give me the option to say yes to anything.
