    Transcript:
You know, it's rare that you get through any tile job without having to cut at least one curved tile, like the one for this corner right back here. Well, here are two ways to do it very easily.
First, you'll need to draw the area that needs to be cut away and mark the part that you want to remove. The low tech method uses a pair of tile nippers like this and you literally snip away the tile until you've reached the line. Well, not perfect, but good enough for under a sink lip like this.
For a more polished cut, you might want to try this spiral cutting saw. What you simply do is take your marked tile, drop it in some kind of a template like this so that it won't move around and cut away. Now, not only will that tool cut smooth curves, but will actually even bore holes in tile.
    Thanks for watching!

Thanks Ron. Took me forever to find a HowTo video that didn't insist I go buy a bloody wet saw. Keep it up!

The tool I used in this video is manufactured by Rotozip, a division of Bosch tools. You can find sellers by visiting rotozip.com or doing an online search for Rotoziip spiral cutting tool.

Have you tried TileSizer when working with small tiles? It works with an existing wetsaw so it allows for a clean cut, and relatively inexpensive to other alternatives.

What tip did you use on your spiral saw? I'm sold with this video and can't wait to go out and buy the spiral saw.

@atef103 Something else to note is Rotozip has quite a few specialized tile bits. Look closely at their website to determine which bit you need based on the type of job you have.
