Why use 1000 meter cube for air sample
Using a 1000 cubic meter volume for air sampling in microbiology is a standard practice. Airborne microbial concentrations can vary significantly over short periods and distances. A larger sample volume averages out these fluctuations, providing more consistent and reliable data.
