It’s much less than PMI, since PMI can go for the duration of the loan, or up until 20% equity in the home(conventional). The funding fee can be paid all upfront at closing, or split up into the loan. Usually ranges from 0.5%-3.3%.
Very nice looking house....idk why this showed up on my YT page considering I live in Wisconsin but hey 🤷♂. A house like this where I live would cost at least $100k more. I just could never live in Florida with how hot and humid it gets even with the nice mild winters.
