Kpop is so diluted with so many new groups vying for attention that smaller agencies have to pick a certain time to release their music. I will be honest, I didn't like their debut MEOVV but I love Toxic and Body. And I can tell that Teddy and the BlackLabel is being careful with MEOVV because this is their first girl group. With the bigger agencies like YG, JYP, SM, and HYBE releasing new tracks with established groups it is almost career suicide to release your song the same time as the major labels. SO I understand why MEOVV held back from releasing anything in early November (Babymonster and Aespa) But yeah, I love this release and its a smart move by The BlackLabel. Success is always a combination of Talent, Skill, Hardwork, and Luck. Hopefully MEOVV will find future success.
