Yep. These get more and more out there. After I watch Judge Porter, I'll watch a court case in an actual court and have to remind myself that the second one isn't scripted!
That would probably happen at another court. As I get it Porter is a civil judge. Of course he can take somebody into custody, but then the deffendant has the right to a process.
Mrs. Wilson is killing me. What a character. Mr. Lasko should be on his way to jail for impersonating an officer. Judge Porter, you are always on point.

Just because your father is a cop doesn't mean you are! Plus, impersonating a police officer IS a felony and can get you thrown in jail, just like Chucky!
He was in court to have the ticket that he illegally issued revoked, then sent to the criminal court room to face criminal charges, with his father on the prosecutor side, acting as a witness against him. Say by by to his career as a police officer, and even just as a security guard.
Just because you’re family member is a police officer doesn’t mean the other family member can cause trouble and impersonating a police officer is a felony way to go Judge Porter and now the officer’s son is going to learn his lesson the hard way
You also need to take a licensing exam and pass, and take a field training. If you don’t take a field training then you don’t work. Simple as that. But being a fake police officer is just wrong.
@@mason96575right..a skit..but it has happened in real life, as sickening as that is... I don't think any of the other fake cops were as stupid as this kid though
Totally agree with Judge Porter! Just because Charlie's father is a police officer doesn't mean he had entitled that same legal authority. He needs to attend police academy in order to be official and plus it's a felony to impersonate a police officer. It's time for Charlie AKA Chucky to face the consequences for his unlawful actions! I have a feeling his father is not going to be happy about this.
So, a mild case of stolen valour. He's stealing the authority of his father, the reputation of his father, the valour of his father, all of that to feed his entitlement. His entitlement and vigilant behaviour could very well get is father fired from the police department, or, at the very least, in deep troubles.
The boy will learn a lesson that if you ain't a cop and a family member is a cop in you family. You don't have the right to do what they do. Because you don't have the power. But I have a feeling his father ain't too happy with his son.
He should wait until his father come to him with a VERY serious face and have a VERY serious talk with him and tell him that he's gonna stay in jail while waiting for his criminal trial.
It was always funny when in Soulsnack people would impersonate being police officers and then arrest people. Anthony Gaita in particular in those roles was funny. This kid's logic is definitely up that level.
How about that HOA President Karen wearing a flak jacket, issuing packing tickets and then putting a yellow thing on the front tire to keep the car from moving? That was really cringey.
There was a novel by John Grisham about people who did that called "The Rooster Bar." If I recall correctly, they ultimately got away with it, although they had to flee to Africa and establish new identities for themselves.
Had a grandfather that was an army colonel and an uncle who was a Navy captain, neither of who's authority I had when on a military installation nor did I get any special treatment but was expected to hold myself to a higher standard of conduct than the others around me, lost some buddies because I wouldn't get them alcohol.
Future episode of Judge Porter: Mango Park vs. 2 teens, charged with smashing mailboxes, breaking into people's cars and possessing a stolen vehicle with Garfield Wedderburn as Sgt. Mike Garrett, Florencia Barletta as Sgt. Eva Berrada and Bob Sharkey as Sheriff Dale Johnston in addition to the suspects, played by Chase Blackburn and Amy Creus. Judge Porter rules in favor of Mango Park and orders the teens to community service and places them on restrictive probation!!!
That would be quite a stir at the police station. First, they need to figure out how many - and to who - the guy weote citations. Then they need t redund any payments, and there is a serious crime investigation to come along with internal investigation.
I actually like the plaintiff's accent. It sounds beautiful. & As for the defendant, he should've known that it was wrong to impersonate a police officer but he didn't see the error in that.
I think someone is impersonating a judge, sitting behind his bench. I mean.look at the last scene. This boy is 'acting' making a phone call to his daddy..
