After they had made a surgery on him, he says he mate Ug n government officials and asked them he would like to build 9
oba a ward or hospital am nit sure about that but these leaders of ours told him to bring 6 billion UGX , so the muzungu was not happy with them till he found himself a Ugandan engineer who built it at a cost of one billion. NOW,

Kati this particular video started with a low volume which later increased so I had to get out the phone and reduce volume
