It would be a noticeable dps increase depending on your raw frost attack but I wouldn't recommend going for it unless you really have enough money to spare for maxing the matrices. Next cycle we're getting the Altered character and if we're going the same route as we've been with the past then it's going to be right after the next Frost character.
Was able to get A0 Roslyn with no matrices yet, when does she become viable enough to replace anyone in an A6 Ling Han, A6 Yanuo, A6 Nan yin comp all with their limited matrices..? I also have an A6 Yu Lan with her 4pc too if that matters.

@@TouchMeNot22 Phew... So far got A4 Roslyn + 4pc 0* with all the resources I had saved up... I can definitely feel the increase in MDPS as having her kinda forces you to have her do most of the DPS as much as possible. She's not built for the usual quick swap discharge+skill frost comps of late. She's similar to a Martial Arts form Yu Lan that builds up DPS the more she's out. Been using more of Roslyn, Yanuo, Nan Yin but I find Roslyn, Yanuo, Ling Han also competitive and is a lot better for exploration since Yanuo can speedrun, Ling Han has good vertical leaps then Roslyns descend thrust is better than Ling Hans coz you can steer her around while attacking downwards. So far 4.0 Didn't disappoint, hopefully the next updates would be as good or be better....

Seconded that Ling Han + Yanuo is still the best for exploration for frost cuz of flight and high speed running xd Update is good but kinda chill once you're done with most of the stuff, nothing much to do after 100%. Sounds like 4.1 won't have map expansion either so we're in for a dry spell again.

Yeah, gears plays a huge part when it comes to base stats but there are also factors like Limited Matrices and buffs. I recommend using the enhancement shot that you can buy from the tianhe bazaar because it buffs your weapon and matrice stats (but only the stats) as if they were all max.

A3 4pc Roslyn at minimum and you'll be able to replace Ling Han.
