Not necessarily when a hwoarang is good yeah but most of the time they do the same flow chart just pay attention to their habits more than usual
THe ranking is really messed up. Man, K-Swiss became top 2 because he was fighting a ton of EU scrubs LOL! While Asian Hwoarang players' the legit ones, are fighting legit ones too, making their ranking more volatile LOL!!! K-Swiss play like a Fujin in Asia bruh, he misses a ton of basic stuff and his Hwoarang is still not optimal after being played for so long LOL!
