I only follow your journey sporadically, but I find your reflections on what you are undertaking informative and accurate; you are very honest! 👍 In this regard, you significantly distinguish yourselves from the countless travelers who flood the internet with similar journeys and the inevitable exaggerations and stereotypes! Another impression: Irati's voice, timbre, and speech delivery are excellent. She has a perfect radio voice. Perhaps you should consider knocking on the door of a local radio station and offering to do an interview there.

It was really impressive. Once you live on the road like we do, you need to take care of what you eat! In our case we always have kept eating similar as back in Europe. But we have to admit is easier in South America than in Africa! So much more variety

Great vídeo, what road you take to enter payunia, the normal entrance you can go only with guided tour because it's a reserva provincial, what road you toke.
Indeed Argentina is beautiful. The country of highest number of volcanoes is USA, then Russia and Japan. In fact neighbouring Chile is much higher on the list.
Hey! I was talking about single area with highest density im volcanoes. As country Argentina has few (active) volcanoes comparing to other countries like Japan as you mention. But the Payunia specifically has 800 cones in 450.000 hectares (1.11 million acres).
For sure it's not so comfortable. But we are more to do tasks and most importantly more to share epic stories! But we have to say it helps massively that Karsten has also a van a knows the deal and of course that is family! I would say the most downside is not be in the front while driving, one misses a bit of the journey!
