@JorRaptor the characters with team injury release and team arrest release are better right now then the shorter releases because every minute your characters are injured or arrested there is a good chance to be instantly released

I miss the Total Black Out skill. Maybe only Aiden Pierce can do the skill. I also like the one with Marcus that causes all cars around him hit each other.
There is a Getaway driver ability called "Clear the way" I think that does affect all the cars in front of you for a while. Total chaos if you aren't ready for it.

Here's a simple change to make this better: Make the Hitman cost 50 to unlock at any point, and completing the Tactical Op when it launches reduces the cost of recruiting a Hitman.
Last opinion/hint for this video: Kelly users do more often have an ak but rarely have a strong perk that pairs with it. Also FYI the missing weapon bug only bothers if you no longer have original NPC who carried it. For swapping ,NPC with it as perk, equip unequip the weapon and it will then become available again. Must be done every new log in same as skins until they fix it. Unknown and doubtful that weapons that have already disappeared because we changed without knowing they couldn't go back will reappear after fixed or compensated in any way. IMO most likely peeps like me who dropped a few influence just to grab a gun will have to do it again and unless fixed will now have to store trash NPCs just to ensure ownership reducing the already limited space. We may have to start thinking of concentrating on 2-3 play styles only unless Ubisoft fixes the on lines perk system. Online is mostly trash even though its common to find a SMG&rifle combo or other twin weapon NPC in campaign, it has so far been impossible to find any online, other than the Kelly or Albion who has a hand gun and apgl.
Driving a Spy Car in Watch Dogs Legion Online feels like driving a Ruiner 2000 in GTA Online with the missiles in the vehicle and whatnot. Perfect Agent since there's no way to Unlock Hitmans before Tactical Ops imo.
and where we can see other players when we walk around and fight like rdr2 online and not make it co op crap like legion where you have to have friends just to have more fun
I loved assassins creed free for all multiplayer... it was so unique and theres no other game like it. Sucks that Black flag was the last game with it.
I always thought the weapon system was a little weird. To me I think if you've recruited someone with a specific weapon, then all your guys should be able to use it not just certain ones.
AK while hard to use, if u practice can easily be used as a long range single shot, burst fire, and for up close full auto. I love AK, learning to take advantage of that huge recoil let's you become a double tap master dropping enemy after enemy from cover with quick chest head shots. Or if using a smaller reticle (IMO) single round head shots the ak feels at most ranges like your the ace sniper. The p308 has more range but until the drop point the ak dominates the game for damage especially if your judging damage correctly which is damage per round or for point man weaponry damage per second. Obviously excluding launchers which should be used sparingly as aoe staggering assists. Which the LTL has a larger coverage area while the "lethal" has a higher chance of kills on impact. Extra benefit. $$ after comfortably using ak as single shot I found I was able to use the vector more efficiently and even single shot it which even I once thought impossible. Where in beginning I said 6-8 uses per mag was ideal it now makes a practiced user more versitle and actually useful at range $$
I wish they would make it easier to find the recruits you want. Like a filtered search or something? Because I literally spend hours on finding new teammates... it’s not very fun anymore, I get it’s part of the game but enough already!!!
I know this video came out over a year ago, however I just wanted to say in the mission Dysfunction the elite Clan Kelley members can spawn with passive perk, though the REX + APGL elite enforcer will have a P9 instead and NEGEV elite enforcer will lose their elite spider turret; however the elite CK captain will still keep everything and can gain a perk. Given that elites already have higher health than other available characters and pairing that with the Physically Fit perk means that is the most health a player can possibly get in the game, plus if you go for the captain you will have an AK anyways.

Good video. IMO prof hitman is not always best though. Sometimes that cool gunkata gets more people killed due to several long killing sequences. While instant executions is tempting it shouldn't be used during a big firefight. Combat roll is the real star, reduced damage, covers good distance, reloads weapon. Occasionally you can find NPCs with this ability and I recommend grabbing them. Using combat roll without gunkata is more effective in large standoffs especially if used with a point man/ g36(yuck), vector(tops), p9, nail gun, weapons with fast movement and reload speeds, this allows you to efficiently move forward through cover roll up to enemy melee hit then fire and resume attack or regain cover and repeat. Gunkatas damage reduction isn't enough to cover some of the longer kill sequences, so a reg hit to unbalance and shoot is quicker and allows a better chain of attacks or quick cover attack cover method more useful during gunfights. Also the combat roll does go backward, so when no cover is available u can roll forward hit n shoot roll back to cover you came from. Useful with shotguns and rifles aswell when surprised by enemies hidden around corners or who instantly spawn behind you when the game decides to act glitchy so it can cheat. Let's be honest no one likes losing over and over. So you can see gunkata while cool, can restrict your effective combat. If you have prof hitman like me, maybe try different approach. I equip 2 rifles, usually p308 & AK but if feeling up close , will go with g36 & LTL goblin for their quick movement and reload, and just refrain from hitting melee after roll opting to fire instead. Fun to use goblin when rolling into group when in team, 3 round burst causes a stagger, roll in shoot each enemy or until red appears on screen roll out, your teammates can take advantage of the staggers and you get longer time in the thick which if possible can give opening to cover behind enemy group as well. While the big cookie cutter squad(HM,spy,etc) sounds cool, in team combat they usually only have 1 ability that is important and can be found with wandering NPCs usually equipped with a shock SMG, LTLAPGL, or goblin which can be swapped with the lethal versions. At first glance on lines NPC perks are horrible but some of the strangest combos make more sense when people think about team combat. There are enough people who want to star in last action hero as Jon wick or Jon McLain, ya its fun whatever, but this game is designed around 4 man squad teamwork focused combat. Prior military folks like me who've done it know how to use it but for the rest, try thinking and talking to the team, give roles to each other. Simple example of a team build, 1 pointman, 2 rifleman, 1 apgl. Or for fast paced fun try 3 Pointmen, and a LMG suppression fire user. $$ Pointmen typically use fast weapons use a lot of cover and as the name suggest are the ones who go in first moving fast causing damage cover to cover usually gaining assists not kills. If you pay attention a few rounds of a quick fire rate weapon causes a stagger and the enemy always stands up to stagger, that's when the rifleman do their part.$$
If you go to Vauxhall and head to the alley where the spy was found in the campaign the he/she will be standing next to a car and for me it was at 0:00 i think the spy will be gone by 8:00 I’m not sure if anyone else knows this but yea hope this helped😅😅
Would be nice to hire a Mafia member who Can call a group of other mafia members armed with SMGs and Pistols to help him up Or hire a Gang leader who Can contact his members to help him up and save him from the cops
i didnt know we could actually hire bad guys, if someone is an enermy check his stats he might have a good gun or decent perk that you want, add him to the team to win him over you gotta go into deep profile and investigate a mission, might only have to play a game of darts to get them on side, i hired a actual cop through a game of darts you can hire albion and clan kellies too they all have special access they good to have on your team.

Be great if the game got a 60fps patch. High resolution, Ray traced locked 30fps is great. But, 60 would be amazing. Really hope that gets added. Along with the season pass stuff I've paid for and still waiting for. Sigh

How can an online mode be so screwed up even after a delay? #1 you can’t even do cross platform even though you can in R6. #2 me and my friend try to start a co-op mission and it says we lose connection. It’s not that hard Ubisoft. And my friends game keeps crashing on him.
I honestly blame the community I think people should just let them take all the time they need I rather play a semi finished game other than a game that was pushed because of the community

JorRaptor I found a small exploit in watch dogs legions where you can skip the cooldown period of your gadgets so you can keep using those electric shock traps as many times as you want (I'm not sure if I'm the first one to discover the exploit just putting out there but didn't come across any other videos explaining it so I made one)
When you get the Hitman Reset your game because If you try to recruit the hitman the game says "Recruit failed" then it spends your 30 influence, Then you have to get the 30 influence back again or just Abandon the recruitment and find another hitman

Since Hitmans are not available, Spy 007 guys are the Best atm in Online, we can buy them for 30 Influence points without some weird reqs like Tactical Ops.
Go to the Brewer St. Station, walk out the fast travel point into the first street you see ahead of you, before going the first street to your left after. This is probably the best Getaway Driver spawn location in the game. They should be standing in front of their car, if they spawm for you. Hope that helps!
Are they professional or amateur? I've noticed there is both. Pretty cool. I also found a dude in single player that was a mercenary or somethin like that. He didnt have gun kata but he had the combat roll and I think an assault rifle of some sort and took less damage. Pretty solid operative
I was playing online on ps4 when my game crashed and when i went back onto the game it said my saved data was corrupted. I was able to restore it but im really hoping it doesnt happen again
The issues for me are the player who just start blasting instead of sneak, The crashes, the fact that they deleted all of my saved recruits so I have to find my hitman spy and street artist again

The hitman I found in online had the "prior injuries" perk. If I go into my potential recruits and get rid of him, when I come back to his spawn point will he be there? And will he have a new perk?
That depends on if they are elites or not, both the normal captains have the same health and so do both the elite versions too. (Elites have more health than their normal versions.) However an elite CK captain with the Physically Fit perk can spawn in the online mission Dysfunction, which is the highest health possible for a player without cheating but that is for the player.
Though I was talking about captains, you asked about an enforcer or guard but either of them can equip a rifle nor spawn with one. (Only the captains have rifles, so I assumed that is what you meant.) In a normal 1v1 it is more likely the CK captain would win because the dps for the AK-47 is just higher than the P308, the P308 is more accurate when firing and if the Albion captain went for head shots then he would win but the odds are that the CK captain would beat them 2/3 of the time.

well, if you think about it it actually makes sense, Not everyone knows how to use an AK or a fucking shotgun

I like using gunkata with the non-lethal shotgun in close quarters combat, paired with the invisi-cloak!
In online mode the drone from a drone expert is still 2 shots to kill an elite, that’s if you manage to get a second shot in before he shoots you down

If you take a closer look at the random npcs you’re hiring, not are all that good themselves.

I did just find an Amateur Hitman. Same location, during the day. Cost 16 influence. Comes with AK47, Motorcycle and Takes Less Damage. Can recruit.

Better to recruit guys with lethal weapons with tank type skills to do the free roam events immediately to level up quick

JorRaptor I found a small exploit in watch dogs legions where you can skip the cooldown period of your gadgets so you can keep using those electric shock traps as many times as you want
(I'm not sure if I'm the first one to discover the exploit just putting out there but didn't come across any other videos explaining it so I made one)
When you get the Hitman Reset your game because If you try to recruit the hitman the game says "Recruit failed" then it spends your 30 influence, Then you have to get the 30 influence back again or just Abandon the recruitment and find another hitman
Nobody is talking about how co-op missions just disconnect you if you try to start one most of the time.

I completed the tactical op, and the game knows that cos it lets me recruit hitmen, but I didn’t even get the rewards.
If you guys are still crashing I suggest playing on a friends only server to do the challenges worked for me and I play on the base ps4

Why is no one talking about all the blue screens and servers being down so often or the lack of online content, I don't want to go looking for a fight on this but it's odd.
Since Hitmans are not available, Spy 007 guys are the Best atm in Online, we can buy them for 30 Influence points without some weird reqs like Tactical Ops.
30 Is A LOT, especially if it's hard enough to get just 10.

Go to the Brewer St. Station, walk out the fast travel point into the first street you see ahead of you, before going the first street to your left after. This is probably the best Getaway Driver spawn location in the game. They should be standing in front of their car, if they spawm for you.

Are they professional or amateur? I've noticed there is both. Pretty cool. I also found a dude in single player that was a mercenary or somethin like that. He didnt have gun kata but he had the combat roll and I think an assault rifle of some sort and took less damage. Pretty solid operative
On Xbox Series X the update stopped my single player campaign from saving consistently. I’ve lost 15+ hours of gameplay over the past few days.

I was playing online on ps4 when my game crashed and when i went back onto the game it said my saved data was corrupted. I was able to restore it but im really hoping it doesnt happen again

My game sometimes corrupts but I think they have a program so you it fixes the problem

The issues for me are the player who just start blasting instead of sneak, The crashes, the fact that they deleted all of my saved recruits so I have to find my hitman spy and street artist again

Better than police contact is bail out after like 1 or 2 minutes your character will be released from jail.
Same thing with “triage” for medical. It immediately releases injured characters.

The hitman I found in online had the "prior injuries" perk. If I go into my potential recruits and get rid of him, when I come back to his spawn point will he be there? And will he have a new perk?

The health in wd legion is pretty bad even with the upgrade and the inability to equip and change weapons (that aren't just dedsec) sucks
Who lasts longer health-wise, a Clan Kelley enforcer with rifle or an Albion guard with rifle?
That depends on if they are elites or not, both the normal captains have the same health and so do both the elite versions too. (Elites have more health than their normal versions.)
However an elite CK captain with the Physically Fit perk can spawn in the online mission Dysfunction, which is the highest health possible for a player without cheating but that is for the player.
Though I was talking about captains, you asked about an enforcer or guard but either of them can equip a rifle nor spawn with one. (Only the captains have rifles, so I assumed that is what you meant.)
In a normal 1v1 it is more likely the CK captain would win because the dps for the AK-47 is just higher than the P308, the P308 is more accurate when firing and if the Albion captain went for head shots then he would win but the odds are that the CK captain would beat them 2/3 of the time.

Hey JOE could you imagine if Ubisoft made a game like "CYBER PUNK" I think they would smash it out the park and make a game thats amazing and replaceable to CYBER punk and thier flop of a game to a futuristic GTA

From my experience, it crashes when playing on public but it doesn't crash when playing on friends only session.
