Very Cool... I'll wait though. I have been kicking around the idea of the UV printer. The problem for me is that I won't/don't print often enough to keep it from 'gunking up' on me and that's a high risk of damage to the printer, print head, etc... Once they figure out a way for the printer to be able to sit, for as long as I need it to without damage (for a reasonable price) I guess I'll just keep "kicking around the idea". Thank you for posting the video though! So cool that this technology is on the way!

Is there a flatbed cutter that can take an image of the cutting bed so that I can then align the cuts to the actual material? I use the heck out of that feature of the ScanNCut, but I'm running past its capabilities and thickness limitations.

It's a cool concept, but until the price comes down, I don't see how this can compete with other flatbed UV printers. I know not making a jig is great, but that only applies to flat products. Not like you can throw a golf ball down on that thing and rely on it to not roll of the side right?

Definitely wouldn't work for a golf balls. It would be fun to watch though.

For promotional products, I definitely agree.
