From what I've seen of the game, they were extremely lazy in terms of stage transitions... There's 6 full transitions that instead of actually showing us how they got there, they just fade to black and bam, there you are. It's really stupid. ESPECIALLY when said zone is nowhere near the next zone.
That's what I've noticed too...it would have been cool to have an animated cutscene after beating every zone...would have felt way more like an adventure with humor and characters who interacted a ton. And it would have shown the journey between each zone in a more interactive and engaging way.

Callum Sparrow I knew that already. I even took a peak at the final boss. I have to suffer the delay for the PC version, so whatever. I'm avoiding the actual layouts and boss fights, I just wanted to know the unlockables and level list.
RGB I feel you there. I'm so upset about the PC delay...like it was just poorly executed. Now PC users have to basically avoid UA-cam for a good 2 weeks. Which is just gonna be impossible.
Jahn Davis Yeah, but to be honest, (in my opinion) there are barely any spoilers worth keeping a secret until you play. Most of the levels are from the originals, even some boss fights remain mostly the same. Of course the game looks and will be without a doubt amazing and a true successor to Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
It's just the slap in the face after remaining patient for SO LONG. Now everyone else on other platforms gets to play, while PC users sit and wait and suffer. Horrible decision on SEGA's part for their vague explanation and giving "Sonic 1" for free. Who doesn't have that already? /:(
