Virtus 1.5 with cylinder deactivation technology makes sense in every respect to be a good sedan with lower end despite dsg lag in iniatial rpms decent midtange and topend perfomance,great build quality also.Hopefully vw offers warranty for DSG box also.

Ikka...I have a stock vento 1.6 tdi. I've heard that it is pointless to push a diesel car to red line. So at what rpm should I shift each gear to achieve the fastest 0-100 timing in my car?
How is the comfort on long journey may be 600-700km with family does it give comfort like Xuv 700.
Virtus is amazing for this kind of long trips.
Hope this Central government brings this kind of National Highways soon in Kerala also.

Road is great but people driving on that road are not. I went up and down once and saw a horrible accident and throughout the journey I was worried with the way people drive. As per a report I read after it opened in the first 6 months there were 330 odd accudents which took 80 plus lives. We really dont deseeve these kind of roads, we lack the maturity to use such roads.
