you have nicely explained but I guess the posterior and anterior labelling will be just reverse because we keep the patient in supine with head down position during Lap chole procedure and we see the fundas of the gall bladder just below the liver when we focus our laparoscope on the anterior segment of the liver.
Kindly clarify.
