My 25 year old son died on January 6, 2021. I’m grateful for finding Sadhguru and all I’ve learned from him. His wisdom and guidance is very helpful. I’m trying to follow the path of Hinduism. Bought books on the basics, watched videos. But once I found Sadhguru it started making sense and working.
It's already been 3 years and I hope you've found some strength. I know it's never enough and one can't imagine what you must be going through. But as time passes, we search for ways to give meaning to their passing. That's how I was doing when my dear brother passed away in june 2023.
He had his birthday on Jan 6. The date your son passed.
I'm not a parent, so I don't understand what a mother goes through. As I see my mother each and every day, my heart hurts so bad. She doesn't want to come to terms. Her eyes are no longer the same. They've become so small, sunken and have developed very dark - dark circles.
I remember him whenever the time reminds me of him, feel the loss, the love I could have shown. It's never about his death though people say passing young is a tragedy but I'm very selfish. I think only about the time and love I could have given to him. Cherish his success and life and maybe his kids.
Now he's in a better place but those of us who are left behind grieve forever. If not for me, who've realised physical death is not at all the end of him or any of us, but I can't see my mother suffering like this each and every moment.
We can never understand what a mother goes through. I'm glad you've found your solace through Sadhguru.

Namaskaram Sister, once again this video was perfect for my day. I was in tears, I lost my family because I had to choose my health over my death. I am slowly incorporating the positive family members. My recovery has not been without trial, I swear on my bad days, I run into other devotees and its like talking to Sadhguru himself. Yes, again this this video is so right with our minds we create a world. thank you sister for your most excellent timing and view on his work.

When we die, we leave our unfitting body that contains the environment, if it is harmful the soul see it as something unwanted and the form of life that is present start to decay. After that it is reborn, everything is renewed until the soul finds the harmony, the key, the state that fits and functions. But we also have an hidden goal in every second chance we get, and that is to realize ourselves, to find development and enhancements, and after that help others and help to sustain life for everyone, and be enlightened thereby in the fact that we are all one being in different states, but the inner self is present in the "them" and the "it" as it is within the own.
The most fulfilled life is the one that dies 2 times.... The death of all perception, identification, attachment (Mind) and ofcourse the inevitable physical death....
Remember that only that what is temporary can disappear or "die..... 🙏

Putting up American slang , taking irrelevant examples , irrelevant stories. It does not answer the question on this video. " is death the end" , is the question, which you didn't answer. The answer lies in Garuda purana but Jaggi vasudev guru won't speak of puranas nor quote them. I've not heard him refer to vedas or quote any mantra sloka ,apart from 2 or 3 of Shiva

Why you need to stop death. It's a cycle that emulates the end of the worries and pain in this world.Living on earth is already heaven meets hell. We come and go,so, others can do other things on this earth. One life is enough. I want to die and receive peace..😂🎉

There are multiple "selves".... But still they can all be observed by conscious awareness... So what really remains then....?
In this life we tend to hold on to all created forms and (self)perceptions... This creates Samsara (suffering) because at the end, all this builded blocks will come crumbling down... By realizing that in this lifetime beforehand and actually experience this around you and inside you, will bring incredible freedom... Some call it enlightenment/nirvana etc.... Don't cling to the name, they also are created concepts......
