- Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba tells us that we should 'Watch' our Thoughts. Our thoughts have the capacity to make us or mar us because what we think is as good as what we do! Thoughts become words, which become deeds. These deeds develop into tendencies and then become habits. Habits form our character and decide our destiny!
There are two examples in this talk that highlight the power of thought. One is the experience of Paramahamsa Yogananda with his Guru, Sri Yukteshwar Giri. The second is the experience of a student, Gopal Indreshwar Sirohi with his Guru, Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Most importantly, Swami shares a secret on how one can completely overcome the negative karma of hate and anger.
What a coincidence....Just was feeling absolutely mad due to a road rage incident where I was abused by a person who had cut me off dangerously in the first place!!! Was praying to Swami to give me something to cope and this is the first video that shows up on opening UA-cam ❤🙏🙏🙏🏼

Than I take distance physically or mentally.
But not in my heart.
Those who play the 'bad' rolls will not
turn into good
by bad wishes or actions.
I should help instead of harm them.
To save myself .
Therefore I should love them more and not less.

The mind is influenced by the passion for objective pleasure and the delusion of ignorance with which it pursues - with amazing quickness - the fleeting objects of the world. So, again and again it has to be led on toward higher ideals. Of course, this is difficult at first, but with persistent training, the mind can be tamed; then it will get fixed in the perpetual enjoyment of the Om (pranava). The mind can be trained by following the methods of quiet persuasion, promise of attractive inducements, practice of withdrawing the senses from the outer world, endurance of pain and travail, cultivation of sincerity and constancy, and acquisition of mental equipoise (sama, dama, uparathi, thithiksha, sraddha, and sama-dhana).

That one achieved it by dwelling on the false-true nature (mithya) of the world and contemplating its failings and faults. By this means, that one developed insight into the nature of pleasure and pain and an equanimity in both. That one knows that wealth, worldly joy, and pleasure are all worthless and even poisonous. That one takes praise, blame, and even blows with a calm assurance and is unaffected by both honour and dishonour.

Sai Ram ! Beutiful explanation of swamy but I have one doubt.we do this type of karma in thoughts between many people from our childhood then how can we remember that person's with love to disconnect karma between us which person I don't even remember?

But i must let you know that your reference to Yogananda and the mosquito incident is mixed up with another incident narrated in the AOAY. The call while meditating was just before Yukteswae gv PT the Samadhi experience.
The mosquito incident was when Yukteswar was gvg a discourse n PY was listening n got distracted by a mosquito n wanted to strike but stopped.
It is when the pure (sathwa) quality is mixed with the slothful (thamasic) and active (rajasic) qualities that it is rendered impure and becomes the cause of ignorance and illusion.
This is the reason for the bondage of humanity
The active (rajasic) quality produces the illusion of something nonexistent being existent! It broadens and deepens the contact of the senses with the external world. It creates affection and attachment, so, by means of the dual pulls of happiness and sorrow (the one to gain and the other to avoid), it plunges people deeper and deeper into activity. These activities breed the evil of passion, fury, greed, conceit, hatred, pride, meanness, and trickery
