Wow Travis thats great to hear man. Do you think I could do a video with you when you pick it up? Maybe a testimonial or anything you'd like to do. Thanks for doing business with Marchant. I've really enjoyed filming for them the past 8 years. Congrats, Chad
I can! Would you be willing to do a video of the truck for me so I can see it before i come pick it up? I am deployed right now and do not return to the States until middle of next month. I custom ordered this truck. White LT with tow package, black interior with CPTs chairs in 2nd row, 20" polished aluminum wheels. Dealer ordered black bow ties, gm performance air intake, GM/Borla exhaust, and the 200 watt kicker subwoofer upgrade. This is my first new vehicle purchase. Would love for you to do a video for me. I have been working with Bill on this and the truck should be there now.
Wow great tour of the Tahoe Chad. Like how you went over everything such as the infotainment, exterior, features, third row etc. It is about time they update this car and as you say that will be coming for MY2019. Love that this car still has a V8 as standard that would be a big selling feature for me. I'm sure Chevy wants to update to compete with the new Expedition as some of the features on the Tahoe are behind the expedition now. My conclusion from the third row is you buy the Tahoe if you want three rows but don't often use them only on rare occasions to transport you child friends or something, however If you use on a day to day basis, you basically need the Suburban with extra trunk space. If I was to buy one of the GM SUV's now it would be the GMC Yukon Denali with the 6.2 V8, my mate in Charlotte has one and it's a beast, you can really hear that V8 roar much more so than in this car. Anyway have a nice day Chad
Hi Chad, great video, thank so much! Just one correction: the paddleshifters at the back of the wheel are not for shifting gears, although one had all rights to assume they are. Unfortunately, they have a different function, perhaps, volume control, i dont remember now. This is really a pity because with the column shifter (kocherga (means poker), as we say in Russian) it is difficult to organize manual shifter, as people expect to have now. I think in the Chevy it is done by +/- buttons on the shifter, which is not so elegant. Merc has gear paddleshifters (as its gears are shifted by a column mounted poker as well), so not clear why Chevy couldn't do same...
Hi Boris, thanks for the input. I'm glad you enjoyed my video. Please consider subscribing to my channel. You will enjoy all the films I upload daily. Let me know. Chad
+Charleston Car Videos Also the buttons are for memory presets for saving and scrolling through radio stations and volume control
Custom ordered an 18' tahoe from this dealership along with some factory upgraded goodies. Pick it up next month. I can't wait!
