Volvo 740 windshield wiper mechanism maintenance, snowcap installation

My Volvo 740 had something wrong with the windshield wipers. The wiper on the driver's side was randomly wiping on the wrong side of the A-pillar... The video shows whether I can fix the problem - and why I installed the snowcap...
