My old Samsung Note 2 is not working now. I don't know why.I disassembled it and connected into charger without disconnecting battery.I touched the mother board and chipset started to heat little bit after few seconds.(I don't think it is an unusual thing.because I think every smartphone is heating Little bit when it is working)But my phone does not output an data such as blinking LED or any sound/vibration or flashing screen or anything.so what can I do for it?I want to fix it by myself.can you please help me for that? can I try by replacing power controller chip or any other thing? i have both a working note 2 and a non-working note 2 which does not power on or charge. I have replaced the simcard/sd card tray, charging port USB and new samsung note 2 battery. Even then the phone does not charge using a genuine USB cable and does not power on. How would you diagnose if theres a problem with the emmc or power IC chip ? thanks....

What temperature and wind speed are you using? And can every ICs be only reballed and reused again?

Please also share the test point voltages becoz it’s could be also dead due to many other reasons, like short to ground capictor, EMMC chip, CPU etc.
