Thank God I got saved in the later half of 2016. I was listening to Pastor Anderson’s sermon on Eternal Security and I believed in the gospel. The moment I believed I was sealed with the Holy Spirit - Ephesians 1:13. Therefore due to being sealed, I’m for the rapture because I am sealed unto the day of redemption - Ephesians 4:30

I yearn for His coming. Ive heard it all my life. I love watching these videos. It keeps me repenting and ready but some days I get filled with so much despair that I feel He will never come. Im 53 today. Wouldn't it be awesome if He came today? I can only hope
I know how you feel, Gina M., stay watchful and be encouraged. Our redemption draws near. I love studying eschatology (end-time events), it draws me nearer to God. The Rapture puts us in a position of staying ready for Jesus' return. Keep your affections on things above, and not on the things of the earth and continue with the Lord Jesus.

Take each day at a time and know that some day (and I hope soon) these trials will be gone when Jesus comes for His Church. I know you've shedded tears. . . had sleepless nights. . . thoughts of giving up. . . But having done all to stand, just stand. As Christians we are still subject to the frailties of being human--we're not divine--God knows that we are dust, and that the flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. Take heart that God knows your struggles and He will get you through. Keep praying, trusting, believing. Jesus knows how much you can bear. I will continue to keep you in my prayers. And I mean that sincerely..

SoakInTheSon I feel inclined to say the same thing. I’m afraid a lot of people (it’s not my place to judge though) who enter a church are not truly saved. You are saved by confessing and repenting of your sins (being willing to turn from your sin and follow Jesus), and trusting Jesus Christ alone for salvation. I wish you well and will pray for you.

I don't think the real thing will be scary at all. I Thessalonians 4:16 tells us that Jesus will descend with a shout. Jesus would never want to frighten anyone. And the archangel will say something. Then the trump of God (probably one of those curly horn type trumpets) will sound. Then we all will be gone. Maybe I'll see you there.

You are right. Most people will be in shock and awe. They won't know what's happening. The disciples were shocked because I don't remember them being given any advance notice. We have been. I look up into the Eastern sky every day it's clear and picture Him breaking through the clouds. I'm just waiting for that trumpet to sound.

Thank God I got saved in the later half of 2016. I was listening to Pastor Anderson’s sermon on Eternal Security and I believed in the gospel. The moment I believed I was sealed with the Holy Spirit - Ephesians 1:13. Therefore due to being sealed, I’m for the rapture because I am sealed unto the day of redemption - Ephesians 4:30

I know you've shedded tears. . . had sleepless nights. . . thoughts of giving up. . . But having done all to stand, just stand. As Christians we are still subject to the frailties of being human--we're not divine--God knows that we are dust, and that the flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. Take heart that God knows your struggles and He will get you through. Keep praying, trusting, believing. Jesus knows how much you can bear. I will continue to keep you in my prayers. You are saved by confessing and repenting of your sins (being willing to turn from your sin and follow Jesus), and trusting Jesus Christ alone for salvation. I wish you well and will pray for you.

I don't think the real thing will be scary at all. I Thessalonians 4:16 tells us that Jesus will descend with a shout. Jesus would never want to frighten anyone. And the archangel will say something. Then the trump of God (probably one of those curly horn type trumpets) will sound. Then we all will be gone. Maybe I'll see you there.
The funny thing is they say one thing but then they show another thing which is it Jesus he coming in the air and the dead first will rise from the grave or is it just a lightning strike these people are double-minded

You are right. Most people will be in shock and awe. They won't know what's happening. The disciples were shocked because I don't remember them being given any advance notice. We have been. I look up into the Eastern sky every day it's clear and picture Him breaking through the clouds. I'm just waiting for that trumpet to sound.

Faith alone, in Christ alone.
We were once children of God's wrath. Eph 2.3 The wrath of God only comes upon unbelievers. Col 3.6 Once we become believers we are DELIVERED from God's wrath. 1 Thes 1.10.
All believers ARE FULLY JUSTIFIED BY CHRIST'S BLOOD, and ARE NO LONGER APPOINTED TO WRATH! 1 Thes 5.9. All believers are SAVED FROM GOD'S WRATH THROUGH CHRIST. Rom.5.9.
The wrath of the Lamb (God's wrath) is for unbelievers). Rev. 6.16.
It is unnecessary for believers to have to be purged, we are made right and ready by the Blood of Christ.. Believers are already the Righteousness of GOD without works. Rom. 3.21. Obtaining God's righteousness is by faith alone. Rom. 3.22. His Righteousness is imputed freely giving us complete remission of any sin. Rom.3.25. We are counted righteous by faith alone. Rom. 4.3. God's required standard of righteousness is freely imputed to us. Rom. 4.6. Believers are gifted God's own righteousness. Rom. 5.17-18.
We can never present our own righteous efforts. Rom. 10.3-4.
Only IN CHRIST ALONE, WE ARE PERFECTLY RIGHTEOUS. Rom. 10.4-6.
There is no justified reason for us to be subject to God's wrath/judgements. For believers, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO SATISFACTION THROUGH THE CROSS. There is no need for any further purging, purification, sanctification, preparing for etc.
God's body (those who have believed the simple Gospel of His Grace and Love, 1 Corinthians. 15.1-4) will be taken out of this earth prior to the wrath of God being poured out.
Be encouraged and built up in this, our blessed hope. Titus. 2.13.
All who are Born Again have the Spirit of God and are Resurrection/Rapture Ready. All safe under the Blood of Jesus! 🙏🤲🙏
