    Previously I watched a video saying I needed to clean the dust and fluff off the pcb but there was nothing to clean off. However, I followed this video and I did find bad solder joints on the relay as this video predicted. I re soldered those joints and it FIXED IT !! Brilliant. Do take lots of photos before unplugging all the connectors.

    I used this Electrolux Flexcare Condenser 7kg for 4 years. 9 months ago it’s belt broke an repair costed US$150 equivalent, in Hong Kong. 4 days ago the error code EHO appeared and the machine just won’t start. I searched on UA-cam and came across this video and didn’t believe it and my wife ordered a new machine yet to be delivered in 2 days. Preparing for the arrival of the new one, I removed the broken one from above the washer, and got the pc board out. It was perfect and no flaw in the soldering. Since it was to be replaced, there is no harm trying to do anything to it. So I added new solder onto the solder points of this particular relay. I found my low lead solder having difficulty mixing with the original solder at first. That means the original solder could have been of the industrial grade, high lead, high melting point to last a long time. Well the soldering eventually mixed the 2 kinds solder together. The different plugs of cables returned to their proper sockets. And I plug in the power cable and turn the machine on. Woh! The machine worked. Thank you so much. Now I am not going to throw the old machine away. 😅 And I need to find a place to store the new machine. 😢

    This error code has been driving me nuts! Followed your steps and found the loose solders on the PCB board! Soldered them now it works perfectly, saved me a few grand, also replaced the locking mechanism on the washer! Good as new!
    Thanks mate

    I just finished fixing my machine, thanks to you it was so easy, it was faulty exactly in those same 2 contacts - i suspect it might have to do with the vibrations of the machine. thanks for saving me a lot of time and a repair that would have cost me a $120 US at least, as technician rates go round here. i wish i could do for you more than just hit the Like button.

    I did this repair on Zanussi Lindo 300. Worked a treat as the internal parts were the same. Never soldered in my life before. Bought a solder iron and gave it a go. I redid every solder on the circuit board and now my tumble drier works perfectly. Just shows you…… give it a go, save yourself lots of money! Spent £16 instead of £600! Thankyou so much.

    I already knew about these dry joints on this relay. No other relays are affected though, although the one right next to the black relay has a habit of burning out. Contacts melt and burst through the casing at the black relay side.
    It's worth checking for any deformation/rippling on that white relay case.

    Na 6 jaar hetzelfde probleem en inderdaad bij mij waren ook de soldeerpunten rondom het OMRON relais slecht/gebroken. Oude tin met tinzuiger verwijderd, en opnieuw gesoldeerd (met tin en ouderwets lood). Een aantal ander twijfelachtige verbindingen heb ik ook opnieuw gesoldeerd (en steeds de oude tin eerst verwijderd). Alles weer in elkaar gezet en de EH0 melding was weg. Bij het losmaken van alle stekkers is het me alleen niet gelukt om de stekker met de 3 roze draden los te krijgen, stekker is me afgebroken. Hierop de contrastekker van de printplaat verwijderd, en 3 losse draden op de print gesoldeerd en (helaas) met kroonsteentje later de verbinding met de 3 roze draden gemaakt.

    • @askmrwashywashy
      @askmrwashywashy  2 роки тому

      Hi mate. Have not run into that issue yet but I’ve got a few ideas. There might be a fault with the pump, might be drawing too much power. Another thing to check is use a flat screwdriver replicate the door being closed. For this open the door. You’ll see a flattish hole at the top where the door closes in push the flat screwdriver in there. Press start. Start the dry cycle. When it stops. Turn the drum by hand, if it continues it’s likely a capacitor starting to go
