Yes. Furniture is standalone, as long as your housing script has a furniture.lua file then youre good. This was tested using loaf_housing :)
IS this compatible with The New York map??
Yes scripts dont affect maps. Its drag and drop
Do u have a discord the file for qs-house is locked
Tebex CFX locked it my bad. Refresh your keymaster and re download it, will be a new / unlocked qs lua file for you. Sorry!
