As someone who's from the UK, I can safely say I have never seen this in my life. I've had a caramel Frappuccino (one of my favourite drinks actually), but I've never been to a Starbucks where they've had coffee jelly at the bottom

I'm shocked that cheesecakes aren't a thing over there, because Starbucks cheesecakes are a huge thing in the Philippines. There's even special cheesecake variants every few months.
They do have cheesecake in Starbucks but only in Barnes and Nobles because they work with the Cheesecake Factory and they have seasonal cheesecake like Pumpkin in October

Piplup the Walrus The Japan Starbucks always come up with good items I still want my apple pie Frappuccino with the piecrust lid and the Sakura Cherry Blossom frappuccino. When Starbucks brought back the S’more Frappuccino I got it with the Matcha green tea similar to the one they have in Japan
