My dad is allergic to candles burning/oils/smoke cleansing/floorwashes, herb burning, it’s really hard lol so I got LED candles and draw sigils on them and turn them on when I do the spell work. So my main spell work right now is either done outside or poppets and charm bags
I am definitely going to have to light a snakes in the grass candle on The winter Solstice, I think that will be a perfect way to bind any negative things from the entire year of 2024 and to make a better clearing for 2025's energy.

This might help you if you don't already do it but if I have to put out a candle in the middle of a working I will say "May your flame go out but your power not" before snuffing it. I learned this from another content creator and if anyone remembers who it is lemme know.

i do that too... let it burn all the way through without losing the momentum of the spell. i let the candle be inside a bowl, fire secured obviously so won't harm anything nearby

I have burned a red candle and a black candle at the same time. The red candle some times turns colour, I throw out any candles that turn colour! This video really connected with me! Thank you! 🖤🖤❤❤🖤🖤
if i have to snuff a candle i like to pinch it with a little spit on my fingers.. not sure if that makes it work against me at all but i like to think it’s helping remind the spell who’s working it and thereby continuing the energy in my favor- also (mainly) bc my snuffer broke ages ago and i haven’t replaced it yet LOL
I like this "Snakes in the grass" idea with the double coloured candle. Might use it to try out making candles with different colours and removing nasty female canine kind of people :D Also spellwork is mostly boring looking - there needs to be a trend for that - showing boring spellwork.

I don’t see why not. I’ve never tried that but I would add that persons name and birthday or photo under the candle, and specify that the working surrounds them. If you have eye bright, that could be added as well to add a boost.

Things started the day after I lit the candle. The day the candle burnt down, people were revealed to be what they really are. I can not thank you enough. I did 3 incantations and it took 3 -4 days to burn out. ❤
Can I draw ON the candle (not the glass)? While I believe what counts is intention, it's also true that the candle and what's written on it will get consumed, so...
Go for it! Personally, I like to carve into the wax rather than drawing on it, but agreed, that regardless, it's still written on the candle. It should work just as well.
This may be a silly question, but are you supposed to focus on intention the whole time the candle is burning? It feels incorrect to just leave it burning while I go off and do other things.
I usually stay as long as I can/feel good sending in energy. Then I'll leave it to burn about an hour a day, if I don't just leave it burning all the way.

I would use white or yellow for aiding in depression and blue for memory.
Grey is neutral and allows us to just completely be ourselves, unfettered.
