Thank you, Doc! Recently, I tried a LC-MS analysis on my protein sample and found that the machine detected a lower value than the expected mass (22KD), about 2.5 dalton lower than theoretical value. Is this normal for ion trap MS? thanks

What type of software do you use for protein analysis
