Take it from this 80 year old. Life presents challenges for us to grow in many ways. Being in nature is always a healer for your soul. I may not be able to do as much hiking as I use to but I feel infused see you guys doing it. You’ve got this 🎉❤ keep on keeping on in the great outdoors
Your words are truly inspiring! 💜 Nature really does have a special way of touching our souls, doesn't it? We'll definitely keep on exploring and sharing the beauty of the outdoors 🥰🌿
So enjoyable to see you back on the hiking trail! We missed you two and your adorable pets! The trail looked great and we enjoyed the views! Welcome back! 😍
Thank you so much for the warm welcome back! 🥰 We definitely missed sharing our adventures with you! The trail was indeed breathtaking, and having Graham and Sombrita along just makes every step more special. Can't wait to bring you along on more hikes and share the beautiful views! 💜 Stay tuned for what's next!
Team Anderson…back on the trail of life…..yes. And don’t worry Emily..every little ting is gonna be alright. Most people spend their lives worrying about things that never happen.
*Absolutely*, back on the trail and loving every minute of it! 🥰 And you're so right, worrying takes up so much energy that could be spent enjoying the moment. Thanks for the positive vibes 💜
Sorry to hear you had health issues. I know for a few months there were no videos while you were waiting to find a container buddy and a lot of us were freaking out as to what was going on. I was actually afraid you'd been kidnapped or detained by bad cops in South America! Both Graham and Sombrita are amazing fur babies, but Graham is exceptional being that he's a cat and hikes with you the way he does! Just amazing!I can't go hiking anymore or camping as my legs are barely working anymore. But it's neat to go along with you all. Hope you continue to feel better and better!❤
It was nice going on your hike with you kids. I am amazed how Gram just follows you everywhere. I am eager to see what you are going to do next. Between the two of you and Snow n Curt, I feel compelled to get a van and travel a little before I am too old. Thanks for sharing. Be safe, be happy and enjoy yourselves. Prayers you feel better soon. 💕🤗🙏🐈⬛🐕🦺
Grahamy back in his happy place, checking out the tent, mugging for the camera…Sombrita always such a good hiker…. You two leaving no trace…. It’s so lovely to see you out in the wilderness taking life easy as it comes, the rough patches and the sweet moments. I wish you✌️❤️⛺️
Glad to see you back! Graham is such an unusual cat. I have never seen a cat that loved to hike and walk along with you like he does. Danny's hair is looking good. I like it longer, but what matters is what you want. Lol. I'm sure it felt great to get out in the woods again. Nature is healing. It's so good for your mental health and physical health. I am happiest sitting by some water somewhere. You do what you need to do for yourself. ❤😊
@CatBalou38 *Thank you so much!* 🥰 It's great to be back and sharing our adventures with you. And Danny's hair is getting longer every day. You're so right about nature being healing 🌲🐾 Sending lots of love and positive vibes your way!
""HEY"" so glad to 👁🗨 see your back on the Trails !!! ""Good Times"" eh- 😊 my hubby is from PA - Altoona area - It's a beautiful State❤ 🎉 ❤ 🎉 we just got back from visiting there - it was snowy weather - & freezing Temps - I was ready to get back to NC - ""take care guys"" ;-)
Hey there! *So happy* you caught our latest trail adventure! 😊 It's always such a *good time* reconnecting with nature. Oh wow, Pennsylvania is definitely beautiful, especially around Altoona! Stay cozy 💜🥰
I've missed you 4! What a wonderful & peaceful time hiking. Not for me, but you and the fur babies surely seemed to enjoy it. And, I liked tagging along from the comfort of my home in Florida. LOL ❤❤❤❤
I’m new to your channel and I really like ❤your travel. Your cat and dog were just amazing. Especially the cat unbelievable. Looking forward to next week. Thanks!❄️💜❄️
I hope your feeling better. Nice camping very pretty. I was excited to hear your mechanic say Promasters only needs spark plugs and transmission fluid change. So that will be the priority with mine including filters and oil. I look forward to the next video.
Welcome home! The autumn colors on that trail were just amazing! I loved hearing you guys laughing so hard (especially you, Emily!) at Danny getting conked on the head. Edit to add: Emily, I loved your thoughtful message about being out in nature helping to clear the head of negative thoughts, etc. It is so very true. Even if I don't get out backpacking as much as before, I do try to hike at least once a week. For the same reason as you four did on this trip. In fact, I am about to hit a local San Fernando Valley trail in a coupla minutes. See you soon!
Thank you so much for the warm welcome home! 🥰 Isn't autumn just magical with its vibrant palette? I'm glad you enjoyed our laughter - Danny's little mishap was definitely a highlight, and I'm happy it gave you a giggle too! Keep on treasuring those trails!
I felt happy and relieved that you two are enjoying the great outdoors right here in the USA. Time for a break, and Emily to feel your feelings and think your thoughts, and have the freedom and space to work it all out. We all need that. Love love love your hiking kitty and happy protective dog. 💖
So good to see Grahame the hiking cat back in action! ❤🐾. Sorry you have had to go through a health scare! Glad you are able to get in some greens and blues. Always a good way to reset!
Can't wait for the van renovation! I'm not sure if I'm feeling the same way -- not really being tied to anything can be both unsettling, and provoke anxiety, but also allows for near limitless opportunity. I'm sort of in that place, where all I want is a time of peace where I'm able to really imagine what's possible, along with the "how" it'll all work. There's anxiety and challenge in figuring out the unknowns (and unknowables), but also excitement upon realizing there are some great specific options -- it's the daunting magnificence of a future yet to be experienced! It can certainly overwhelm at times, but nothing has to be permanent if not suitable. Quite the thoughts dancing around in my head, maybe they're relatable? Cheers!...from North Vancouver
Hey Adrian! Always love reading your comments. *Absolutely*, the feelings you're describing are super relatable. That mix of excitement and anxiety when faced with the unknown is something I think we all go through, especially when we're on the cusp of change or adventure. It's like standing at the edge of a cliff, ready to jump into a sea of possibilities. 🌊 Cheers!
Life can be sad at times. All we can do is put one foot in front of the other. I am 70 years old now, and I've been through some hard times, but time has a way of getting us through, and I've come to realize that life is good. May God bless you and keep you well. We all love all 4 of you, you know. Your feelings matter. I so enjoy your videos, but your health is important too. Don't worry about us. We don't mind waiting for you. And if there are any trolls, don't mind them. They don't count!
I love you guys❤️I missed you and I’m glad you’re doing well. Being outside and being active is so important for a clear mind. Having two buddies also helps😊
Thank you so much! 🥰 We've missed connecting with you too! It's definitely been a joy being back and getting into our outdoor routines. You're so right about staying active for mental clarity. And yes, having our furry buddies along for the adventure makes every day a little brighter. 💜
Be well my young friends - thinking of you and hoping you both are rejuvenated and ready to face the problems that come with life on this crazy planet. Diana
This was a great video - it’s so nice to see you back to yr old tricks. These videos are good for my soul and help me through life. It’s all about the connections we make along the way.
It's great to have you both back. That was a beautiful adventure and the different colors of the trees. Sitting at the lake and looking across reminded me a western I was waiting for the Indians to walk out of the forest. 😆🐈⬛🐕🦺🦌
Fun video. EMILY, I know what you mean. It's a process to allow yourself to roll with the emotional punches. My mantra...everything is gonna be alright. Alternating with everything is happening exactly the way it's supposed to.
Thank you so much for sharing your mantra with me; it's a beautiful reminder that resilience and trust in the journey are key. 💜 🥰 Stay positive and keep that awesome vibe going!
We thought about van life after we retired. We live in Europe so van life would’ve been pretty easy travel-wise. We decided instead on a tiny house on a farm. It’s nice having a home base and travel from there. This year , Iceland! Hope all is healed for you two. Thought for sure you went away because of pregnancy! Much love and health vibes!!
Great video as always. Maybe you should start a separate mental health channel Emily. The UA-cam algorithm punishes getting out of your lane and helps build new channels. Good luck.

Vegan in most Native American languages simply means poor hunter 😝
I drink everyday dose mushroom coffee and it does taste better than my Keurig coffee, maybe y’all got a generic brand?
We have tried the Ryze one now and like it! Well in particular their hot chocolate to help sleep. Which one are you enjoying?
