lol I remember years ago when I was 4 and first got Smash 64, my older brother described it as "Every character from the games we have are all in this game and fight each other" and the first thing I said was "Are Banjo and Kazooie in it!!" and he was like "No" but finally 20 or so years later, my childhood dream of playing Banjo in Smash 64 is real

We came back full circle with the Dragon King himself as a newcomer!
Banjo is also a ton of fun, he feels stronger and his absolutely rocks, love how each character joins with their own instruments.
Slippy and Peppy are my favorite clones done right, really makes me wish the full Team Starfox was playable in official Smash. I don’t mind the characters being hidden, some Marvel Vs Capcom games hidden characters.

As a person that puts over a 100 hours into this game, I love it a trillion times more than Ultimate.
They managed to cram more side modes and content (aside from just characters) into an N64 game, 80+ characters doesn’t necessarily mean a better game, just putting that out there for any Ultimate simps.

Yeah, originally I was gonna say that this game is better than Ultimate but I'm not even gonna go there since I don't feel like debating.
Me too. I feel like Ultimate's gimmick of "everyone is here" is the Achilles Heel of that game, as it feels like most focus went into that, rather than the side content, World of Light being the biggest offender.
As a Goemon fan, I can confirm that Ebisumaru is indeed a Goemon character. In fact, he's Goemon's best friend! Also, the Pokémon Stadium announcer can be toggled on for every stage in the options menu.
Goemon's great adventure was my brother and I's favorite 2 player game for so long!! Classic! :)

Something i really love about this mod and I wish they continue with is the characters being in N64 era or prior. Even with characters (the two of them) that debuted after Smash 64, if you see data of the characters in the menu, Lucas' "works" is Earthbound 64 (64DD) like an what if the game launched, or Dark Samus is label like "to be announced" or something like that.
If they continue with that, you can guess wich official Smash character could be in this mod, like: ("*" means that have an N64 game or atleast was in one)

I like the way you speak, you tell everything in detail and say stuff with an odd adjective, like "what if the game launched". The Remix Team focus on the N64 and before. They added Lucas and Dark Samus because they had more freedom at the time, but they now have a proper and fixed goal.

You should play as green bronze Luigi He is a thing in this game. Select metal luigi and swap his color to green. After All nathaniel bandy created green bronze luigi in frustration because of pink gold peach

I noticed that they also buffed Giga Bowser as well in this patch for giving him immunity to grabs like he did once in melee, giving extra bulk and make his fire breath unlimited, I guess that makes sense for melee’s final boss, I never use giga bowser when I play with local friends unless we have an agreement to challenge eachother or do some testing with him, he’s definitely unfair for random pvp matchups

Ebisumaru is the player 2 character in Goemon! He works as the goofy sidekick in the game!
Ok but actually do play Goemon's Great Adventure, it's my fav game of all time. D-Pad for normal levels and control stick for Towns/Giant Mech Fights.
Also you can set the Stadium Announcer to be on every stage somewhere in the settings!

The D-Pad swaps characters, and the C-Buttons (the yellow ones) swap colors. I'd assume you have configured a controller and it has its (physical) D-Pad mapped as the C-Buttons (assuming you're using an emulator). Check the control/gamepad settings on the emulator, and see if the D-Pad is mapped to anything, and if not then remap to your liking. Hope this helps.
They need to put Zelda in the smash remix along with sheik that’ll be complete roster I think

Plus Include Impa From Ocarina Of Time (With her having moves from the Latter Zelda games)
