well peepers provide a small amount of pressure. Like for an example if you go chase another surv and the surv on chair gets saved you can figured out where they went with peepers. As well if you put peepers on a cipher, most surv will just try to destroy it to decode again, which provides information to the hunter that somebody is decoding and they can pressure ciphers to prevent cipher rush from happening. They also slow down healing, interaction speed and provide vision to where they are in the area. That’s about it
