Nivy, your lot is big. Why not plant an avocado tree so that in five years, you don't have to buy avocado and instead, harvest it from your tree. Dmitri will be happy coz he likes avocado. Just keep it 2-3 meters away from the house and from the fence. Just a suggestion.
