This is great for Ahmed Best. He was almost bullied and harrassed in to commiting suicide. Glad he is now immortalized as the Jedi Master in charge of training younglings is the one that saved Grogu.
Order 66 is the scene with the most gravitas in Star Wars history except maybe considering Luke and Vader and Darth Sidious on Death Star II or Luke vs Vader on Bespin. So any time that we go back to something related to Order 66 and what happened at this time... it really affects me and I believe most big Star Wars fans. Amazing episode.
Tbh I had no idea who that was initially & was kinda underwhelmed… then I saw the credits & realized who that was & was like, okay… that’s pretty damn cool. Happy for him after all the shit he got for Jar Jar.
Ahmed Best’s Jedi character was also in the background of the Naboo parade in Episode I. I knew it was him instantly and actually started crying bc of how he’s gone from hated to loved in the fandom. He’s always been one of the best of us, it’s right there in the name! Lol
Someone said SW lacks strong female characters, but Bo Katan and Ahsoka Tano are there... I am more and more in LOVE with Bo Katan. Her character is getting better and better. I love watching her moves, talk... She is perfect.
Paz Vizsla landing dick first into that boulder was one of the most unintentionally funny things I've ever seen in Star Wars 😂 Great episode Thanks for the reaction
I’m thinking now that the Armorer is more of the “Merlin”-type character, one that Bo-Katan can confide in rather than be a rival to the leadership of the Mandos. The A has the wisdom and knowledge of mandalorian history/culture but has no aspirations to lead. So it may be more a question of who is the “Arthur” of this story, Bo or Din?
I can’t believe that while the Mandos were chasing the raptor, they were flying through Dead Horse Point near Moab, Utah, which is a three hour drive for me in Salt Lake City. My son and I did a rafting trip down the river you can see during the chase, and the lake the Mandos were training at, I’m 98% sure it’s Lake Powell. I loved this episode, especially Grogu’s escape from Order 66. Great stuff!!!
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that didn’t recognize him until I saw his name in the credits. Once I saw his name I knew exactly who he played though. That was pretty cool
A Rondel is a round protection piece of armor that is attached to an armor's helmet, breastplate, couter-elbow, and/or gauntlet; and in this case would be the chestplate for Grogu's beskar armor
OMG Jar Jar saves Grogu I just stepped into the twilight zone this was amazing as an episode. You guys are hilarious this is the way love u as always 💖✌️🎬
Has the show said where the rest of the Mandalorians are? Not the cult but the mainstream ones that were following Bo in season 2? I’m just wondering how many of the houses survived the purge? Like where are Sabines mother and brother.... I hope we find out, I don’t trust these cultists, Bo and Dinn need to go find and unite the houses of Mandalore. Also I’m so pleased Ahmed was in this episode!
LMAO! I came here to wath a reaction video to the mandalorian and I enjoyed a "shave your friend" sponsor video.. that poor dude didn't really seems at ease.. aaaaaand subbed, well done peeps, well done
The soft confirmation that not only was Ahmed's Kelleran the hero of Grogu. The Naboo Royal Guard would only be assigned to Padme and Jar Jar the two senators from Naboo. Since we know for a fact Padme uses her own star ship the next day. The Nubian cruiser we saw can only belong to Jar Jar Binks. Not Bail. Naboo Royal Guard would not be present for a random Naboo citizen. Just the Queen and the senators after The events of Phantom Menace. (Padme herself acknowledges they didn't need to be there but the new queen insisted).
Awesome episode, so excited for next week. Let's hope they don't revert back to last week and take us back out flow again. And Jar Jar was the cherry on the top. Did get excited for a split second thinking it was Mace Windu, but a new Jedi is also exciting.
Since it was a nubian ship, do yall think it was senator amidala or senator binks that tried to rescue them. Since they are both from naboo. I don't think it was senator organa from alderaan
11:00 okay, is it me, or is this the first time we’re seeing clone troopers in live action? Think about it, the prequel clone troopers were all CGI. These clones look like actual costumes.
The amount of questions I have. We know how they eat but if Paz has a son. How they do it? Can your family see you without your helmet? I need to know! And best being the Jedi to save Grogu, sighhhh so good.
Its when people realise its Ahmed - (jar jar), getting his real life redemption from being “that” character. Such a great thing they did for him 100% loved this episode.
I missed this when I made a similar comment. Yeah, That was really cool of them to bring him back. I'm sure he could use some positive feedback from all the sh1t some fans gave him back when.

Well she said: "One sees many visions when they walk the way of the Mandalore". I'm almost sure that's the reason she even has people watch her forge. I bet she does that regularly, she's like a shaman or a priest for her covert, since armour is a major religious component for them and she's literally the Armorer. It happened with Din, it happened with Grogu, she probably thought that's what happened with Bo Katan and that's why she was talking about the Mythosaur
@@duck-ew5zs well she didn't actually see any flashbacks right? Maybe it's because she's not actually walking the Way, she's just kind of there for the time being. She's not a full convert.

I think the Armorer response was basically her saying, "YOU need to figure out what that means to you". The Armorer already believes that the Mythosaur will herald the rise of their people, and she knows who Bo-Katan is. This is something Bo needs to figure out for herself. She failed before because the answer (Darksaber) was handed to her and not earned. This time the needs to earn the answer for herself, and in doing so, she will learn the IDEALS that truly unite their people.

For the shortest episode in the entire series (so far) they did a good job packing a lot of action in-between showing the Mando lifestyle as well as the super important Grogu flashback.
The episode was a lot of fun. I'm intrigued by the use of the Naboo starship and what it might mean for where Grogu ends up, but loved how that reused the same flashback trigger as we saw for Din's childhood in S1. Feels like the father and foundling situation could be a reason for Vizla and Din to have a less tense relationship which may have significance later, but that's possibly where the story moved too quickly and needed some breathing space.
Loved the set up that Grogu can't get a helmet until he can speak the creed aloud. With the unsubtle hints that he is trying to speak, I would not be shocked if Grogu gets his helmet at the end of the season.
So the fan theory that Jar Jar Binks saved Grogu was true!!!🤣🤣👏🏽👏🏽 Ahmed Best was so freaking cool as the Jedi. Also the whole rescue of Ragnar Visla looked and felt like it was right out of the movies. Carl Weathers made one of the best episodes of the series with The Foundling. I just wish that this episode was longer, these episodes are becoming far to short.
This episode was SO GOOD!!!!! I swear The Mandalorian is the only Star Wars Show that I am fully committed to watching. I should catch up on Bad Batch, and I still need to watch Andor. I’ve got a lot to watch.
I love how they are focusing on the growth of the creed. From the beginning of the show, I feel like it is so similar to an open-world video game. They are doing some random quests and meanwhile becoming stronger, smarter and relationships are getting more complex. It's such pleasure to watch it.
They completed their rescue of the poor Kid, THE NEXT DAY. When Bo said around the campfire, we'll get going in the morning, I practically fell out of my chair. 😂
A grogu flashback was inevitable, interesting direction that Bo is going in. Sorry if i keep on bothering you guys about this, but are you planning on reacting to superman and lois season 3? The first 2 episodes are out.
It took a while to realise that was Ahmed Best, I knew it was an important person because they focused on him but I had to think about it and then I screamed "Jar Jar Bink's!!" at the TV. I honestly started crying my eyes out because I was 10 years old when Episode 1 came out and I loved Jar Jar Bink's as a kid but I remember the intense abuse the character and Actor was getting in the past (Actually, Hayden Christensen and young Anakin got a lot of abuse aswell) , I saw the documentary where Ahmed Best explained that he got so depressed that he considered suicide 😭😭😭😭💔💔💔, I am so happy he got to play the Jedi that saved Grogu! We love you Jar Jar Bink's, I am so happy for you ❤️❤️❤️.
Like the Methasure and others from the time of the ancient Mandarins to the Mandalorian wars, those 3 raptor chicks are to be trained as the new generation of Mandolorian war beasts.
I go back to where we see Bo Katan first in the Clone Wars, which btw it took 2 seasons for some one to even acknowledge Bo's name and relationship to Satine. Any way, the way the Death Watch were practicing with Droids and fighting each other. It really seemed the same scene on the beach.. The only thing missing was Volley ball..
Grogu has serious PTSD and the inability to communicate it. I worry for his mental health. Big things being eaten by bigger things is a favorite Star Wars visual trope and never grows old. I have now seen everything I need to see about the forging of Beskar for a while. Seriously. Great job by Mr. Weathers.
To be honest, I think The Armorer knows the Mythosaur is in the Living Waters and is wink wink, nod nodding Bo Katan. The few times she has poured water into her quench for crafting armor it did the mystical glow of the Living Waters and was the confirmation Din and Bo had bathed in it. It stands to reason, she's visited the ravaged Mandalore, went to the mines and also bathed/saw the Mythosaur and has kept this secret.
Jar Jar Binks definitely saved Grogu, and I don't mean Ahmed Best as Kelleran Beq. That Naboo cruise ship belongs to a Senator from Naboo, and the guards along with it. There were 3 people from Naboo elected in the Senate at the time of Order 66. Palpatine, Padme and Jar Jar. Palpatine obviously is not the one, Padme was too busy following Anakin to Mustafar right after the attack on the Jedi Temple and Jar Jar was the only one who could be around helping Jedi, after he signed the Petition of 2000, placing himself against the formation of the Galactic Empire
Now what will Bo Katan`s next action? Will she reunite the scattered Mandalorians? Will she follow the way of the Mandal'ore? Too many paths as there are still 4 episodes left (I'm just assuming that S3 will have 8 episodes).

Any way, the way the Death Watch were practicing with Droids and fighting each other. It really seemed the same scene on the beach.. The only thing missing was Volley ball..
if they didn't say Kelleran, I would have initially thought it was Windu... but damn it took me a moment to realize it was Ahmed Best... cool
I think Carl Weathers (Greef Karga) directed this one
The shot of Bo_katan's ship flying behind the giant bird with the sun in the distance is beautiful
Weathers.
I wonder how long they had to spend cleaning up turtlegator guts before they could use the beach for training
Legit got emotional seeing Ahmed back. Absolutely incredible episode
I’d love to think John wearing a Jar Jar Binks was a total coincidence to this watch along.
Clones chasing the Jedi and grogu is like a reference of a police chase
To be honest, I think The Armorer knows the Mythosaur is in the Living Waters and is wink wink, nod nodding Bo Katan. The few times she has poured water into her quench for crafting armor it did the mystical glow of the Living Waters and was the confirmation Din and Bo had bathed in it. It stands to reason, she's visited the ravaged Mandalore, went to the mines and also bathed/saw the Mythosaur and has kept this secret.
MY MAN JAR JAR!!NOT A SECRET GUNGAN-SITH,BUT A JEDI??!❤
This is the freaking wayyyy!!! Lets goo man we are back on track damn is grogu first mandalorian jedi????
Bo is learning what a Mando truly is outside of the artificial life of the court. She's changing for the good
Imagine Grogu wielding the darksaber, killing foundlings. 👀
Nooooo! Hell slay stormtroopers with it
Yousa wear the shirt, but yousa no recognize Jar Jar 😔
Is Taming the Mythosaur a way for Bo to be the leader instead of having the Darksaber?
Grogu escaping with the Jedi reminded me of Harry Potter & Hagrid in Deathly Hallows on the motorbike. Even had a tunnel sequence.
My thoughts exactly!!He even pulled a Hagrid move in the oncoming traffic!
Harry Potter? Gay. Prefer to keep that soy separate from my mandalorian
