Not every market is the same. I've seen houses sit empty for over a half year because of stubborn sellers won't price homes properly. Also These ridiculously inflated prices will lead to mass foreclosures eventually.

It would be great if home prices decreased after years of inflation, wouldn’t you think?
For homebuyers, that would be great, but we are slowly adjusting to a new normal with home prices.
