If you are physically healthy, have roof over your head, good food, clean air and clean water, every single day, then there’s nothing you should complain about. Unless something physically stops you from being happy, there’s no real suffering happening to you. Everything else is imagined suffering.
I agree 100% with sadhguru here. This is my philosphy of life as well.
Roof over my head is getting threatened, food is adulterated, water is not clean and gives me gas for years, I am smelling poop don't know where it is coming from for months, invisible dust mites bite me all night and i cant get rid of them. 2 years ago i poisoned myself with cockroach poison by mistake for a year. I took drugs that shrank my testicles. I have sacrificed all pleasure of life. only hope remains. one problem goes, another comes to keep me stuck. I have stopped eating non-veg a decade ago so i don't kill other animals. I cant remember what sin I have committed that i go through this. LOOKS like a real astrology for me. Dont you think? It just seems unfair and beyond my control like a psychological horror movie. Sadhguru must be having a solution but its only empty talk on youtube. it feels like the gods have given up on me. although they were helping me before. all tricks tips stopped working.

Sade sati time wants people to go for inner journey finding out their true essence that's why it always pull them down from material possessions, comfort and acquisitions therefore people mis understand that its bad. But in reality that's the best time for anyone for spiritual transformation and awakening because that's the time where universe is supporting people for the self realization

True, in a way Sade Sati (7.5 years) is also comparable to Ketu Mahadasha, which is 7-year long as well. Sade Sati is not a dasha, but it should be counted as an autonomous phase in one's life. When powerful, during Sade Sati any undercurring dasha will stop to leave the floor to Saturn.

I have Sade Sati in my entire astrology ... the years I didn't (2019 - until 2028) I was abused in an unforeseen encounter with another human "that wasn't meant to happen according to the universe", it messed up my only time to accumulate wealth & possessions in my astrology chart. At present I am recovering, from 6 injuries due to PTDS after having ran away from more manipulation - I am recovering with a SMILE, and sometimes I CRY, overall I AM HAPPY - Just going through the play of life.
They key is to be adaptable and be ready for changes at all times. Not to fear them and to be free of this thing called "wealth", "money", "career" ... no one told you to have these ... that's just an image society created for us only adding more pressure unto your life.

I got into astrology, universe, energies, tarot readings around 3-4 years back and things that were mentioned and were supposed to improve my life, actually destroyed me. I know one is not supposed to blindly follow these things and it's just to keep in mind as you proceed, but a guy was supposed to be my soulmate and marriage was destined, but he was not interested in it at all and just wanted to keep me around since it made him feel better. In my horoscope Mangal and Shani are weak and I was also going through a bad dasha astrologically.
Following things happened
A) Twice in dreams my Guru told me to worship hanuman
B) Unexpectedly I got a hanuman locket when my Shani period started.I got the locket on Shanivaar.
C) I got further dreams where a person told me that only because of Hanuman, the effect of the bad period is not showing.
D) After some time , On a Mangalvaar the locket broke and I checked my horoacope to find that the bad period of Shani had just ended (Which means the locket had served the purpose and was not required further). I also got a dream where I saw that a big Shani temple had opened.
Ultimately the period went off very smoothly without any issues.
Honouring my Guru's word , I worship Hanuman daily.

Actual Sadesati starts from degree of moon, -45 degree ends +45 degree, total of 90 degrees 3 houses. So even though saturn entered 12th from moon sign actual Ss will start depending upon birth moon degree, alao there is murti nirnaya and MD AD effects. Om

Some times his advice is good sometimes it's "ah just don't worry about anything" which, honestly, isn't very instructive here. You can always say "Ah don't worry about all that stuff just be peaceful and walk through life". Would you PAY for this kind of advice though? SadeSati will be most punishing for dreamers who are not realistic and do not take care of practical affairs well, it dispels illusions. Saturn requires discipline and down to earth approach. But for others they can become millionaires during Sade Sati, it could even be a boon for entrepreneurs . But all the great beings have said the more you grow spiritually the less you are affected by the planets and the more you affect everything around you.

I dont mean to badmouth about him but..Sometimes he explains things in soo laggy and over detailed manner, the answer might not make any sense to the question that was asked.
Conguru Sadhgru has this habit of straight away telling others that they "misunerstand" or (in other video clips) that "you should understand ..."
Sadhguru doesn't unedsrand that a genuine spiritul adviser will utter such remarks only AFTER he has explained in what way the person asking for adice is mistaken. And in that way help that person summarize the teachers advice.
Otherwise, as Sadhgur does, it is a (non-deliberate) ATTACK on the soul of person asking for advice.
This is what hapens when half-baked (and sef-proclaimed) gurus like Sadhguru pose as spirual advisers of mankind.

I have moon in 6th house ( not a good house for moon) sandwiched between rahu and ketu , in rahu's nakshtra, just 10 deg apart from rahu, aspected by shani, experienced 1 sadesati in my late teens, currently 11 years into shani mahadasha in which I experienced shani dhaiya too and as soon as shani mahadasha will end my next sadesati starts 😂..it's been a lifelong sadesati that way ....but I m happy..lessons learnt are invaluable.....saw everyone's real face...boss,mum,bro, in laws, spouse,friends, kids.Now I value myself more nd very happy with self. There is a phrase in Marathi " रोज मड , तर कोण रड" means if there is daily death why bother to cry ...it's tht with me ..I m just unaffected now by hardships..it just makes u strong ..don't worry
