CHOICE TO FREEDOM VS CHOICE TO “IMPRISONMENT”

When there is inner discord, there is challenge. It's hard to make a choice that is not in alignment with our truths and values. And yet we have all been there. Saying yes, when we want to say no. Staying in a situation that is robbing us of joy because it may seem the right thing to do. The truth is that, when our thoughts, feelings, words and actions are not in alignment, we suffer and over time our bodies will also show symptoms of this inner dissonance.
