Fantastic... Kudos to the one who compiled these bgms... It's heartening to see fans take such efforts in bringing out these musical masterpieces. At the same time, it seems these film-makers, who work with Ilaiyaraaja, are least interested in releasing the BGMs. It is a saddening fact that even the likes of Balki make no effort to release the background score.
Music labels have their own reason - that BG Scores dont have the required market demand - for not releasing them in CDs. Leaving the commercial argument aside, we see background scores of new-comers, such as Santhosh Narayan and Anirudh, being officially uploaded in youtube. But with respect to Ilaiyaraaja, for the fans to be able to hear the original background scores, in the dialogue-less and noise-less form, is still a pipedream.

Aftr this movie, don't know if any misgivings cropped up btwn Isaignani & Balki. Coz, in their next movie "Ki & Ka", Isaignani scored the BGM & only one song. Subsequently, they hvnt collaborated. Wat a grievous tragedy fr Isaignani fans.

raja sir has done more than 1000 movies for india...he gave enough..now he shud work for non indian movies...enough of our stories, situations given to him ..his composing shud enter new dimension for us..all his rich western classical talents r getting wasted...first of all he shud migrate to USA for sometime
