To the end of the video and the situation with climate change: Interestingly over all there's even a bit more rain during summer in recent years. Less precipitation is more or less becomming a winter phenomenon. As styria is located to the south east end of the alps there's more influcence from the mediteranean weather and that won't change. (-> and it's the reason why there's often more rain in the warmer season: as the warmer weather in the mediteranean regions means more water of the sea is evaporating and building clouds that often move north and let down the rain over styria and slovenia then.)
